I just heard about Skillets this week and I was so pleased to be able to support them and try their breakfast burrito today! It was absolutely delicious! It was a good size and we loved the sauce that came with it. The guys were so kind and appreciative, we’ll be back soon! Thanks!
What a great food truck. The staff were wonderful and very attentive and walked us through all the questions we had.We had the stuffed French toast, tater tot skillet and the Venezuelan Burrito.The Stuffed French toast had Nutella and strawberries between two prices of Texas toast French toast. A thick vanilla crème over top with a sugar glaze syrup to pour on top of that. This was delicious.The Skillet was really good. Tater tots, fried egg, avocado, and Venezuelan shredded meat. It came with a side of cilantro sauce that I really enjoyed, but my friend did not. The meat is incredible. Everything tasted fresh, well, as fresh as tater tots can I guess.The burrito was the same thing as the skillet except it had pico on it. So when we are the two, it seemed like we were eating the same thing.Over all though. Great customer service, good food. Highly recommend.
I stopped by here for a quick lunch, and was pleasantly blown away at how good the food was. I've tried the breakfast burrito (vegetarian), and the stuffed french toast. And neither one disappointed. And the green sauce was amazing as well. I will be back.
I'm fortunate enough to within walking distance of this food truck. All I ever get is the vegetarian burrito. It's always awesome with the crema and I don't have to wait at a restaurant for an hour on the weekend which is a huge plus. Highly recommend.
Wish I would have visited this place sooner! Thestaff is very friendly and food is wonderful. Theircilantro garlic sauce tastes amazing on anything. Ireally enjoyed their tater tot skillet and the breakfast burrito. We also got their French toast which was a nice sweet treat. I'm hoping they upgrade to a stand-alone restaurant in the future!
The bacon is the best sandwich I’ve had ever… anyone can make a BE&C but nobody makes a ciabatta and white sauce like these guys! ALSO, the friendliness of people who clearly find joy in making it exceedingly delicious food for people! 11/10 will be back!
We’ve eaten from Skillets a couple times now. So far we’ve have the Breakfast Burrito, tator tot skillet, the pastrami and the stuffed French toast. All have been delicious and we can’t wait for the next time we get to enjoy it!

The Venezuelan shredded beef on tater tot’s is delicious! The cilantro crema is unbelievably good. Next time I would ask for an extra egg on top, but that is just personal preference
Everytime I’ve gone to the breakfast place across the street with aggressively long waits I’ve always considered skipping out on waiting an hour to try skillets and never acted on it, BIG MISTAKE. This will be also the first go to now, the quesadilla was amazing and this green sauce just takes everything to the next level! Will for sure be eating here often!
