I was the only customer there so I felt a little spoiled!I order two nigiri and miso soup, the slices of fish were HUGE! Almost too much for a mouthful, I accidentally spilled a little miso and was given more, no charge.A little costly but entirely worth it and I sincerely hope they get more business.I will return!
GET THE MARTINI GLASS OF FISH! It was delicious! The rolls were also phenomenal. The atmosphere is enjoyable. Highly recommend this place!
Same Sushi has a wonderful environment and sushi is served uniquely on a cut wooden block. The food was very delicious with reasonable prices. Their signature rolls were around $13 as the other more common rolls were around $9-$11For the dessert we tried their deep fried cheesecake. I will say although it was still good, I would much prefer just a good ol’ regular cheesecake.
Terrible. Mayonnaise galore on top of sushi!? Never seen that before. The sushi was a lot of rice, and not so much fish. Half cold soup. Also - you can’t order a mix of rolls. You get a whole long roll cut into about 10 pcs.
Excellent sushi! We had plain rolls (spicy yellowtail, and spicy white tuna) and two excellent specialty rolls. If we lived around Salt Lake, my wife and I would regularly frequent this amazing restaurant for sure
We had come on a long road trip from Bryce National Park and were looking for a good sushi dinner before an early night. The Trejo family from Honduras provided the perfect answer to that. It was one of the very best sushi meals we have ever had (my wife had lived in Japan and we both live in the Seattle area), We had the chef’s choice sushi platter and our selection of sashimi, Every piece was perfectly fresh and immaculately prepared and delicious. Our server, Jimena, was charming and her service prompt. A perfect meal to end a long day. Thank you to all at Same Sushi.
The food was good but the service we had should have been better. I ordered a custom roll (avacado, cucumber, and soft shell crab) and a California roll (avacado, cucumber, and crab mix), the server knew that it was the same roll when I ordered but didn't say anything at the time. When I asked about it later, the server made it seem like we should have known that the crab mix was made from the soft shell crab and therefore was the same thing. I hope their Best of Award wasn't for service.
We ordered for pick up from the online menu they have posted, not what customers posted. The online prices were listed at $5.50 and some at $8.50. I ordered the least expensive ones because I didn’t want to spend a fortune but still wanted sushi. When my husband picked up the sushi they charged him anywhere from $10-$13.85 a roll. I called and informed Same of the discrepancy and they said they changed their prices and it’s posted in the store. I didn’t order in the store. She said she was sorry and the charges price was the correct price and will not refund the difference. I said I would give a bad review online and she said “ok, have a nice night goodbye” so extremely rude! I know sushi is expensive, but own up to having the wrong prices posted!!To make matters worse they didn’t give me two of the rolls I ordered and gave me something completely different! I can’t say this enough, HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.I will NEVER refer my clients, friends or family to this place EVER. Sorry Same, you lost more than just my business today.

My visit was 10 June 2021 after coming back from Antelope Park and I wanted something quick and light weight to take to my room. So, I stopped in here because one of my colleagues on our business trip had eaten here and stated the food was excellent. So, I had take-out. I had the Miso Soup and Chicken Spring rolls. Since I am allergic to seafood and nuts, I checked to make sure I would be good and was glad that items are cooked separate. The place is clean and décor is very nice. The staff are pleasant and professional. Next trip I will sit down to eat inside/outside so I could order more. I wanted to run down to get a little more because the food was very tasty but needed to pack and get ready for early flight and did not want to over stuff my belly that time of the night. I was truly satisfied and thanked my colleague for the referral.
