It was my daughter’s birthday and she loves Indian food. The Lassis and Butter Chicken was amazing!

One of my favorite eateries in Salt Lake City. Highly recommend their Malabar Fish Curry.

One of my favorite eateries in Salt Lake City. Highly recommend their Malabar Fish Curry.

Authentic, with great service and a great environment.

My favorite new restaurant in SLC. The aroma when you walk in instantly makes your mouth water and the aesthetics make you feel as though you’ve left Sugar House and gone somewhere completely new. Food was phenomenal. Amazing vegan options. The portions are perfect and so filling that you’ll definitely have left over. Service was great too. I love to cook so I’ve stopped eating out as frequently as I once did but I’ll definitely be back here again.

The flavor of the chicken is really good, but it’s not enough rice to go with the butter chicken. I also asked for it not spicy, I’m not a big fan of heat but it was definitely medium and my mouth had too much heat for my preference. My daughters “chicken strips” were really dry too.. I feel like it was a little overpriced.

This place is seriously off the chain and I’m really glad it’s in Sugar House. I’ve also been on a huge curry kick this past month. The Saffron Valley is an oasis of tender uniquely flavored Indian cuisine. No really, the interior is extremely well decorated and you can tell a lot of thought went into the mood, layout, and food. It’s relaxing, moody, and has zen accents.I’d recommend this restaurant any day of the week but my pro tip would be to plan a casual late night dinner date here with your partner while it’s raining. Don’t ask me why, just do it!Thanks for the delicious meal! I will be back soon!

Will eat here again. Wish they offered tofu as and add-on for protein, but the dishes were still worth coming back for, and the brown rice was tender and delicious. The garlic naan was so fresh with the right ratio of chew to crisp. Get yourself there! Yea!

Delicious Indian food with great service. Prices are okay considering the food amount.

This is Best place if you wanna eat Good South Indian food. The Food is Awesome and Authentic and the people who work there friendly and highly accommodative. I would really recommend anyone who want to eat Good spicy South Indian food.
