I got a steak rice bowl today from the Murray location. The meat was not cooked. The meat was bloody and the blood was soaking into the rice. I threw it away it was disgusting.
8 out of 10 times, rumbi’s is a positive experience. Depending on your order it can be a bit pricey but they offer frequent ad coupons monthly for buy one and a drink, and get another entree for free. Suggestion: the fountain should be calibrated correctly, often the drink doesn’t taste so good.
The fries and chicken are soo good here plus quick service! I recommend going if you have one near you.
I love that I can pull up and someone will run out to take my order directly from my car!!! With a toddler this Is a huge plus! Idaho Falls location is always so friendly, quick and do a good job accommodating special requests! Will be back again soon!

I’m giving you a 1 yes 1 star because your food was great I started going there for your Hawaiian chicken sandwich love the jerk sandwich two for some reason you taken it off the menu so I have no reason to go there anymore have a nice life until you come back with that your old menu
2nd time ordering online, and 2nd time food was not ready when indicated in website. Very disappointed in the manager's response "well, we were busy." I ordered a full 20 minutes ahead of the people standing in line. So frustrating!

I went in for a salad. I asked if I could substitute grilled chicken in the sweet pork salad because I did not want the sugar. I was told that they could not substitute. My other options were chicken n shrimp salad (I am allergic to seafood), salad with Caesar dressing (which contains anchovies), and a BBQ salad (many bbq sauces also contain Worcestershire sauce which usually contains anchovies). I was disappointed I could not get any salad with just plain grilled chicken.
My wife and I had lunch at The Rumbis at Quarry Bend in Sandy, Utah. For $20 ++ I received a small bowl of white rice with a few chunks of chicken on it. My wife had a large tossed mango salad. She could not find any mango nor much of anything else but leaf lettuce. I felt the food was poor and way over priced. We will not eat at Rumbi's again.
