I love that many, if not most, of the cookies here are more like little cakes rather than cookies in texture. Snikerdudette is the best coffee cake ever, and if you thought you didn’t like oatmeal cookies, try Louise. I always look forward to the monthly specials. The fall ones are great and May’s Patsy Jane is probably my favorite. The new vegan cookie is way too sweet though (and it’s missing butter, LOL).
A fabulous experience! I had tried Ruby Snap cookies a couple times before visiting the store. I had liked the cookies, not necessarily loved. Kinda didn't get the hype. Decided to pick up a box in person for a gathering. I'm so glad I went in person to the store!! I was immediately greeted. Offered free, unlimited samples! And the cookies were next level delicious trying them fresh right in store! Getting a chance to sample the flavors also helped me know for sure which ones I wanted to spend money on. With the cookies being pricey, it's nice to know you're buying flavors you'll like! Now I've found the ones I love! I'm glad I got to LOVE these cookies instead if just like them. Go check them out in person!
Ok so I've been dying to come here since it's gotten so much hype from all my foodie friends....and let me tell you, this joint lived up to ALL the hype I've heard for months!We were warmly greeted by a super friendly employee, who was more than eager to help us and let us try any cookie we wanted. To my surprise, we were given any cookie to sample and were informed that they give unlimited samples of any cookie we wanted...we were like....WHAT what WHAT?! Better than going into an ice cream shop getting samples...maybe....!Our favorites out of the bunch we tried were the FRIDA - spicy chocolate with chile de arbol and a ganache center (what a freakin' creative cookie combo flavor by the way!) Zooey which is a lemon blueberry chia flavor, and the horchata one was pretty fantastic!Wishing they opened a location in Utah County, as I know it would blow up here!
When in Salt Lake City you must stop here and try their cookies. We love this place.
I haven’t even tasted the cookie I ordered yet, I’m leaving this for the sample and customer service alone. Beautiful display and variety. Amazing counter service with obvious passion and care for the products. Then to top it off you’re given a sample that’s literally 1/4 of a cookie. I tried the Frida under the advise of the wonderful woman working, and I am in love. Amazing cookies. Go here.
I was picking up a Doordash order from here and long story short, I will be back as a customer! The women were extremely open and friendly, had the order ready, plus let me sample a cookie! If that cookie was the last thing I ever got to eat I would have died happy. I used to love Crumble but I would choose this place over them any day! If you're looking for amazing service and a good treat, this place is the go to!

Cute little cookie shop! I wish they had unfrosted options that weren’t ginger bread… like a regular sugar cookie- the frosting was not super great for my toddlers but despite the mess, the cookies were sooooooo delicious. ❤️❤️

Baking genius! These cookies are indescribably deliciousness on your taste buds! Incredible flavors! 22 cookies available, all named female, powerful names that pack a punch! The place is clean, staff is super friendly and passionate about the cookies! There are even giant chocolate rice treats!!They bake cookies; they ship cookies; they are amazing!!!
