We came 30 minutes before closing and ordered an açaí bowls. We were told they couldn’t make us one because they had to prepare for closing… We were the only people around. Bummer.
The employee was wearing a subway shirt so I was a bit confused at first. Nonetheless, the gentleman took care of me and kept a positive attitude during the lunch rush. Smoothie was good, I added some tequila to take it to the next level. ?
Some of the better acai I’ve had. I did order pataya and was given acai so just make sure you check that you get the right thing. They could ad a bit more fruit to the bowl as there was just not the ideal acai to fruit ratio. But overall delicious and I’d order here again
Horrible staff !I understand the were teenagers but they were rude and not polite!Also the cashier keep touching his hair the whole time, I like Roxberry but his location was a horrible experience.
My shake was really yummy! However the two young boys working today need some pep talk. I walked up to grab mine and another employee who I didn't order with, thought a green shake in two small cups was mine. I just got a large. One was full and the other was less than half..he says this one is short so I'll make more. Is that okay? Before I spoke, the other employee who I ordered with says that's not hers. The lady who ordered those walked up and he put the lids on and tried to give it to her. She picked them up and said this one is not as heavy as this one and she started talking to them and I walked away watching. He tried to give her way under what she ordered. That just shocked me! Terrible!
Usually have great experiences, but today the location was understaffed, and dirty.The three stars is for the employee that is working very hard to keep everyone happy.
For being in City Creek I didn’t have high expectations. But everything was clean and the service was fast. The smoothies tasted the same as the other locations. I would come here again.
It tasted okay, but the wait’s always long, and it smells weird.
This is such a terribly run location. We were here on a super busy night in the food court. My daughter had her heart set on an açaí bowl. There was not a single person in line so we walked right up. It was 4-5 minutes before anyone even came to take our order. Then he told me that he had to do prep work and it would take 30 minutes to get me my order. Really?? We left and took our money elsewhere.
If you are coming for the seasonal pumpkin smoothie, do not go here. I've had it at another location and it was amazing, like liquid pumpkin pie but better. This one was just pumpkin, milk, and ice. I told them it seemed to be missing something creamy and pumpkin spice, but the girl told me she made it according to the recipe and it did not include anything else. Now I'm going to go home and add my own pumpkin spice to this 32oz smoothie I bought to share with my 4 kids... should have just made it myself and saved the trip and money. Disappointing.The acai bowl my husband got was good at least.The girl working there wasn't rude, she was actually pretty nice. She just didn't know better... An attempt to fix it would have been nice, but I don't think she knew what to do. It is a mall food court location after all.
