We went today July 4th. They were very short handed, but still got great service, Thank you Alisha, you were so kind. Food as always ?Today we went and had the best chicken salad, Parmesan Crusted Chicken Salad... really goodWe have great service, our lunch was good, we had artichoke Spinach deep, and we share the trio. Enough food. I had the Italian Margarita.

Very pricey food, bland food, service was terrible, overall portions were good, and noise was low

We had an excellent dining experience. Our waiter, Chris, did an outstanding job waiting on us and checking back to make sure everything was good. The food was great, very tasteful and fresh. We highly recommend Romanos Macaroni Grill.

Great service and great food as always. Clean, friendly, efficient.

We loved the food and the ambience. Our server was great!

I ordered the salmon entrée and sent it back because the fish was extremely dry. I realize that Macaroni Grill's specialties are pasta, but I have ordered the salmon there before and it was very good. This visit, however, was disappointing and I probably won't go back again.

I have not been to Romano's for quite some time and I was pleasantly surprised at what a lovely evening we had. The food was good and we were especially impressed with the service. Christopher was amazing and delightful. He made the evening extra special.

Bread and the alcoholic drinks were really good BUT the chicken in my meal tasted like frozen chicken from Walmart. The mommas trio meal all was so bland and almost inedible. Place has definitely gone down hill.

In the past I've really loved everything about Macaroni Grill. So we decided to take my mother in-law to dinner for her 81st birthday. She wanted to try your Signature Macaroni and Cheese dish and was excited about it. When it came out it was only warm, more like tepid, and it looked rather dry for being your signature dish. We told the waitress about the temperature and asked if would take it back to heat it up. She said she would bring a dish of hot cheese sauce and pour it on top which would heat it up. Well, it definitely made it more creamy but it didn't heat up the noodles. So, it was less than what was expected. I ordered the Signature Spaghetti with meatballs and it too came out just warm. The meatballs were on the dry side. Less than desired. My wife ordered the "Create your own pasta". She ordered the Cappelini noodles (thinner than spaghetti noodles) and she ordered spinach to be included. When it came out, the noodles were spaghetti noodles (EXACT size of my spaghetti noodles) and they forgot to include the spinach. My wife brought this up to our waitress (name starts with a K and ends with and E-didn't want to single her out) and instead of taking it back the waitress said "those are Cappelini noodles". My wife has order Cappelini noodles several times and she knew those noodles were NOT Cappelini. The waitress should have taken all the dishes back to have them heated and fixed but instead told my wife she was wrong and just masked my mother in-laws cold food by warm sauce. We order the Crispy Brussel sprouts every time we go because they are so delicious. We raved about them to my mother in-law but when they came out this time, they were way over cooked and stems were way chewy. We were so, so disappointed after playing up Macaroni Grill to my mother in-law. We felt it embarrassing that the waitress didn't take the time to really try to fix our orders. And what is going on with with the kitchen - sending out cold food AND wrong orders?! Please fix!

Not busy tonight but wait staff slow, food slow, food came out cold, and overall not a great experience
