Absolutely terrible service, we love this store but the service has been on a fast decline. Spent almost 15 minutes trying to resolve the counter worker giving me EIGHT of one type of chocolate instead of the ONE that I'd asked for, clarifying multiple times, "only one of these please". After finally getting through to them, they then proceeded to be extremely rude and snarky as they were giving me the refund for the seven I didn't order. After all was said and done they'd even given me the wrong amount of change and I had to help them fix that too :( Very disappointing, we love this company
Love the chocolates I always get rocky road with the dark chocolate! It’s marshmallows, walnuts and chocolate! It is literally the best but the service is terrible!! Everytime I come here I feel unwelcomed
Very cute bear ☺️
Server grabbed my chocolate with bare hand. I threw it into the trash. Seriously, not cool.
The candy in the case was hard to bite. I don't know if it was stale from sitting in the case, or if that is the normal hardness of the candy. It wasn't even that flavorful, though the flavor wasn't awful. For the price I paid, I was expecting something amazing. Instead, even the wrapped candy bar I bought tasted off somehow. The candy bar wasn't stale tasting, just not delicious. Hershey's bars taste much better. I would only buy from this place again if I was desperate for chocolate to keep me awake on the plane. Buy Lindt/Lindor truffles because they are always fresh and tasty. I would give the place one star, but anything that isn't very dark chocolate deserves more then one star.
Absolutely wonderful chocolate candy. I bought a box - selected a wide variety of candies to bring home. I was able to share with friends and in each case the packaging, ? the look of the candies and the taste was so yummy. Also, I froze several pieces and when they were defrosted the taste was excellent. I hope I'll have another layover in the Salt Lake City, UT airport so I can once again purchase their candies.
Stopped in today and asked for two items, the employee working stated they didnt have any available, even though they were clearly on the racks.
We have always liked Rocky Mountain chocolates but this time we tried the ice cream. We ordered a scoop and it was given to us in a large cup that most would serve soft drinks in. The spoon was a little short and we could have used an iced tea spoon. The ice cream was delicious. We also bought some chocolates to take home with us. That as a great idea. There was outdoor seating on a bench fir us to enjoy our ice cream and the weather.
Selection is excellent and customer service is super. Delicious candy by the pound and by the package, great gifts for family and friends back home as well as great place to go after dinner on Main Street. I’ve cream and an array of chocolates, candy apples and chocolate coverage pretzels. Yum!
Peanut butter bucket was rock hard, I had to saw at it with a plastic knife for a couple of minutes to crack it in half and it was still immensely hard to bite into. The chocolate surrounding it was good but the peanut butter seemed very low quality and had hardly any taste. The staff was friendly though and my wife liked her salted caramel chocolates
