Came in on a hot day with 2 babies. We had a large group and understood we would wait for the service. We just wanted to be seated and get some water while we waited. Several smaller groups were coming in getting seated ahead of us even though we said we would be seated separately and they were rude and in accommodating. We understand the staff shortage… we are willing to wait… but be somewhat helpful..

Friendly staff and delicious beers. I was surprised at how good the gose was. Perfectly tart. The kölsch was very traditional as well and cold and refreshing. Best beer on the menu was the Zwickelbier so be sure to get that.I didn’t order any food but sat at the bar and watched the pizza oven operation. Everything looked great.

Probably the worst service I’ve had at a red rock. We were a party of 10 and continued to seat 5-6 parties of 4-5.We waited 30 minutes beyond the 45 minutes. We were simply asking if we could be seated and were more than willing to wait. But “we are short staffed” they said while continued to seat loads of people before us when they could have just seated our aggregate group vs the 30 people before us that were seaparated in smaller groups….Never coming to this salt lake location. Park city and the fashion place mall restaurants actually have service that is accommodating.

We loved Red Rock! Enough we ate there 2 nights in a row. Food was great, service was excellent and the place was nice! Amanda was our server both nights, super nice, helped us with selections and questions. We even took some bottles of beer home with us before we left town.

Good, not great. That being said, the service was good. We didn’t feel rushed at all and our server showed up whenever we needed him.We tried the beer battered pickles, sausage pizza and artichoke pizza. This is where we lost one star. The pizza was good, but center loaded and the sauce was just ok. The crust, however, was good and really the star of the show. We’d go back again.

My friends and I were in town from Dayton, Ohio for a convention when we visited this establishment. I give three stars only because the main course of the meal, which was the rotisserie chicken was delicious. The main course for my friend's meals, which was the Reuben & the French dip sandwich, stated it was delicious. Our sides, the broccoli and sweet potato fries were cold. The French onion soup tasted sour, the iced tea tastes like it had been brewed through the coffee pot, it tasted just like watered coffee! The Coca-Cola beverages tasted flat. the server, though very polite, was very slow at getting anything accomplished. We waited at least 15 minutes for Waters and an additional 15 minutes just to get straws! Also, in total there were five of us but our checks were split between us and all of us, except for one, had 20% gratuity added to our bill. I thought it was strange that it was added to all of our bills except for one of them and it wasn't mentioned anywhere that they automatically add gratuity. Save your money and go next door to Settebello's Pizza!

Service here was atrocious. Servers treated us with terrible treatment and didn’t accommodate our group at all.

Reuben was pretty good, the cocktail was strong, mozzarella sticks were good, but the club sandwich was very bland. They offer military discount.

Good menu, service as fast as expected when busy, Craft beers not bad at all and overall reasonable on the cost side

It was nice place and good for family for brunch. I was surprised that I can order beer around 11 30 am on Sunday. They didn't have honey wheat since they were out. So I ordered Vienna Lager and I enjoyed it a lot. Then I did the special. I ordered fresh fish sandwich which is Salmon. I enjoyed it a lot and very full filling of my stomach.I would love to come back again in the future to try few more beers and foods too.
