We had great service and food. Our server was attentive to our table and recommended I keep a component of my burger that I’m not a fan of. I’m glad I listened to her because it made the burger so much better! It was a busy night but she was very positive with everyone she helped. Wished I knew her name, but she had red hair. Thank you!
Ordered the limited time "brisket burger" This was the amount of brisket they put on it. I was told by my server and the manager that it was normal. Literally one crumb of brisket. The manager brought out a side (the side was 10 times bigger than the amount they put on the burger) and made it better but I thought the whole thing was weird.
The server was excellent. I couldn't have asked for more. I rated 3 stars based on food quality. I had a double burger that was juicy and tasty but was extremely messy. Red Robin must be aware of this because it came with a fork and a stack of napkins. It was hard to eat. I had a side of onion rings that were tasty but the breading was too crumbly. It didn't seem like a batter. It was a little pricey, too. Over $30.
My burger was good but needed some kick. I think it needed something. I put the sauce for fries on it & then it was better. They said they were out if the Bistro sauce that normally went on it but they would put mayo on it...should've just ordered something else.
Parking is around the back. The dining area was clean. Restrooms were clean. Staff was very friendly, Bo was our server. My father is in a wheelchair and they accommodated us nicely. The food was very good. I like the fish and chips. Thank you.
What happened to the bottomless fries? We came in on Sat night and despite requesting more fries they were not brought out - the sodas were not refilled even after being asked. The fry sauce is divine but the meat on the burgers was way overcooked and that is probably why it took so long to get served - even allowing for low staffing issues it was so slow. Been to Red Robin before and this is my first disappointing experience. Must be a location issue.
The kids menu has a lot of selections and they are all great meals. No higher cost than fast food kids meals. Even has a very good Sundae for desert. My wife and I shared the Cobb Salad. It was dynamite! She had ranch I had the honey mustard. So good! I like the burgers. The bottomless fries they serve as you sit down, like they are chips and salsa. Yummy. Their chicken sandwiches rock. Huge menu and it is all good.
Server was great. It has been a minute since I've been to a Red Robin because, for a while, the Provo location was the best location. I just found every other location to be lacking in food quality. My opinion changed recently with this location here in SLC. Well done.
Good Food, Bottomless Fries are Great, Greeters or Hostesses not the friendliest. First impressions when waiting to be seated are not that great, if I didn't know what Red Robin was we may not have ate here.
