Me and my wife shared the Ultimate Feast. Pepper grinder wasn't clean. They were out of drawn butter. My wife asked for tarter sauce and she didn't get it till the end of our meal. The butter that came with the meal wasn't melted. The broccoli was bland. The seafood was lukewarm to cold. Never again. Restaurants have really declined in quality. It was so bad it was depressing! Never again!
Mother’s Day
Delicious food and outstanding service. Amanda, our server, was very attentive and had great suggestions. Lobsterfest combo was absolutely amazing, great quality and a generous portion. We also enjoyed their sesame-soy salmon bowl and of course as always their awsome chocolate wave. Everything was amazing. What a delightful evening!!! Thank you and please keep it up. I am definitely coming back.
Raw steak. Raw broccoli. Seperate orders. Do yourself a favor, go anywhere else. What they DID decide to cook, was pretty good, hence there being two stars. They also gave me an allergy menu.
Very pleasant atmosphere. Food was very tasty. Service was excellent.
Eat here all the time always have a good experience other than maybe a little wait to be seated. Food is always spot on.
The food is good quality and our server was amazing!! When asked about Cherry Pepsi, he flavored the Pepsi with Grenadine. He had good knowledge of the menu and options, made thoughtful suggestions, and kept an eye out -- bringing refills and to-go containers at the perfect time!
To the couple that came 10 minutes before closing, and one of you didnt even like seafood, shame on you. Not only is that rude, but there are plenty of eating places open past 10pm.....the workers were cleaning, I'm pretty sure the ovens and stoves were turned off, everything was pretty much shutting down and you guys still had the audacity to come in and order.....that's called entitlement and there is therapy for that. To our wonderful waiter that we had, I'm truly sorry that you had to serve 10 minutes before closing and God bless you!
My meal came out after it appeared to have sat waiting under the heat lamps for some time as the pasta sauce had a crust on the top and had turned more yellow than the creamy white when I mixed it up. The two lobster tails were so dry the one split down the middle was like jerky and the other was rubber. Even the scoop of mashed potatoes had a crust. I pointed this out to the waiter as soon as he put the plate in front of me and his response was 'I brought it out as soon as the manager told me it was ready'. It was basically inedible- I tried it all but it was not a pleasant experience. They took 20 off the bill for a 40 meal that couldnt be eaten. I accepted their offer as I don't argue with the staff - they are generally doing their best - but if I don't leave feeling like they rectified the error then I simply don't go back. (And sometimes I write a review ) I am sure they don't screw up all the time as most people seemed to be enjoying their meals but this was the first and last time I go to Red Lobster. There are far too many other places to try rather than role the dice on this one again.
Spoiled my wife a week before Valentines. Had the lobster, shrimp and salmon. Loved it! Just the right amount of attention from waitress. Had the calamari as an appetizer, so much calamari, we brought half home but oh so delicious. We had a great time early on a Saturday evening. We were told 45-50 minute wait and we were seated about 30 minutes after we arrived. My wife and I had a great time, I just wished they served Coke products instead of Pepsi but I'm sure about half are thrilled but I prefer Coke Zero and will drink after with some lemon instead of pepsi.
