Cory made me the absolute best whiskey ginger I've ever had! Highly recommend. Love the pool table and arcade games too.
It's kind of a funky place because you order your food in one building and then go to the other building and get your beer. Unfortunately they charged me for a beer in building #1 so they had to credit it back and I had to repay. Not a big deal, just a new employee.Anyhow, the burger is good, but they need buns with more heft since it got all soggy. That's a common problem with juicy burgers but it was good. Same thing with the draft beer, very good.
More of a social club for regulars than a place to get a drink if you’re a stranger. Show favoritism and the bartender made me move chairs for a group who wanted their favorite seats. Bad vibes.
Proper was great! The beer and food were really good. They have skee ball, pool tables, pin ball, arcade games and TVs. The staff were friendly. The place was clean, including the bathroom. I will definitely go back and recommend others to check it out.

Good food at really reasonable prices. Come here for a quick, cheap, and flavorful bite. Their beers are also unique and worthwhile. Try the Lake Effect.
As far as Utah beers go, Proper is one of my favorite brands. They make some unique and interesting high point beers. I have been coming to this bar for the last 5 years. The bar here is a bit small but is often not super crowded and has some fun games. My only complaint is the bar staff. One of the guys that works here is pretty off putting and was so rude to his co worker the other day when I was here that I tried to make a joke out of it to lighten the mood. I get that working in a restaurant or bar can be stressful, and maybe he was just having a bad day. But then the same guy had a pretty weird attitude when I was buying beer from him a week later... Hopefully these are just two isolated experiences but I can't give a higher rating with that in mind
