This was a lovely, albeit semi-hidden quick stop right behind the Eccles Theater and City Creek Mall. The service window person was very friendly and patient with all our questions, even when we ordered from the wrong menu (the paper menu listed in the photos from previous reviews is out of date). We got the Mild spice level of every item we tried so we could get the full flavor, and it's really good. The sauce makes it though, ask for PB Sauce AND Hot Honey Sauce if you want the full service experience. One combo plus an extra side is plenty of food for two people so don't be afraid to share. We'll definitely stop here again when we're on foot in SLC. Kinda hard to get to via car, just a heads up.
Best chicken sandwich? I would have to say the Pretty Bird chicken sando! Served hot, this is tender, the right amount of spices, great sides. I got the standard fries, while the wife got the Mexican Corn. She has not stopped raving about the corn! The down town offers take out (order via the website). Can sit outside.
Fantastic fried chicken! You order with your phone and they bring you the food outside. We went there on a Monday night and we really enjoyed the food! The service was fast and all the waiters were very nice. Absolutely recommended!
Great Nashville hot chicken. I got the “hot” and it was more of a medium hot. I could have gone one step hotter and really enjoyed it. So if you’re a spice addict go ahead and go full send on the heat level.The chicken was moist and perfectly friend. I found the breading to be a little dry though.The service is strange. You don’t order with a person you use a phone app and pick up the food. I was hoping for a more personal ordering experience but hey it worked fine.
This is more of a fast casual place with prices a bit higher than normal. That being said the service staff was very friendly and the location was clean. Sandwich was awesome but Mexican street corn was average at best. Fries were better side.
This review is for the Sugar House Location. We enjoyed our visit here! You can order your chicken in different levels of spice, which I appreciate. The portions are huge! The Mexican Street Corn Salad was good, even though I was expecting it to be more like true elote (its much healthier! Lol). Also, they are LGBTQ+ friendly, as they were openly celebrating pride month, which I appreciated greatly.
paid basically $15 for bread. the chicken was so small that half of my bites were bread only and plus they add gratuity for take out that i did not know about. never again!
Chicken tenders and the Pretty Bird sauce were both Delicious! Conveniently located near the City Creek Center. The Medium was just the right amount of heat, but the more you eat the hotter it gets. I didn't regret my decision. 5-Stars well deserved. I would Definitely eat here again.
For all the hype, I was super excited for this place. And while the food did not disappoint, I wasn't a huge fan of the atmosphere. Not enough outdoor seating, and no bathrooms available.
Very tasty spicy chicken sandwich. The chicken was tender and juicy, and the seasoning was very tasty. I got "hot" seasoning which was a good level for someone like me that enjoys spicy foods. There was one more spiciness level but unless they took a BIG step up I don't imagine it would be too painful. Little disappointed they didn't make any fresh lemonade or iced tea. But overall delicious spot.Also note all seating is outdoors. You order online and pickup at the window.
