I ordered my pizza over and hour ago. When I called the store to ask the expected delivery time for an entire 20 minutes before they closed, someone picked up and hung up the phone 3 times in a row on me. I stand here not knowing whether me or my son will have to go hungry tonight....Worst part is they already took my money and my tip. Horrible experience

Please have the pizza ready for me on time. Waiting in the car for a curbside delivery was an epic fail. Had to go inside the store to get my order. Found out it had been ready for a while and was just sitting in the warmer.....

This is the first pizza in a while that was so delicious! The toppings were plentiful, right amount of sauce, hot and fresh and crust was so good. We have always enjoyed the pizza at pizza hut but have had some back experiences lately but this one was exactly what we remembered...delicious!

I ordered a pepperoni lovers pizza online for delivery and showed up with hardly any pepperoni on it. Called store and got call service that couldn't help me then transfered to store. Waited on hold for 20 minutes and was told they were closing soon at 8pm on a Saturday. Only thing that could be done sas offer a credit on account.Fast forward couple days called in, got call service who couldn't help because I have talk to store to use credit. Waited on hold for 45 minutes and gave up on getting pizza.Today been on hold for over an hour keep getting passed back to call service.problem still has not been resolved.

So far I put in an order on the app at 7:13 pm says it will be here at 8:13 pm currently it is 8:59 pm and ive been on hold 3 different times hung up on twice and still haven't figure out what's going on with the order. ( I originally called to make sure they even got the order as I had an issue on the app ) this is by far the worst customer service I've ever experienced. If y'all need a new manager I'd be happy to go in an fix the store up to a customer service standard.

Around 245 today, I scheduled and order for 545. I get off work at 5 and with traffic, I can make it home by 540. Pretty straightforward, right? Hahahaha! Oh no! NOT AT ALL! Pizza Hut contracted it out to Door Dash and it arrived at 520.So…. I call the store to talk to a manager to find out what went wrong and stayed on hold for 15 minutes before I gave up.I get it- everyone is short staffed, but why give the option to schedule a delivery ?

Ordered $60 worth of food. They was backed up. One of the ladies that was on the line putting pizzas together I was upset .I watched her wipe her face,scratch her nose wile preparing food then eating. Wth.

Call center is super immature, called and got transferred to the store who knows how many times, ordered pizza and before ordering asked if they could break a $100, instructed they could I put my order in and waited 50 min for my pizza, they show up and say they can’t break a hundred so they leave! Unbelievable, if they would have said no I would have never put the order in!

Absolutely the worst store ever. Ordered online and 2 hours later, still no delivery and it still says it’s going to be delivered. Tried calling 3 times, and Fernando hung up on me and then the last 2 times, it was a female, whom also hung on me. If I could rate this place negative stars, I would! If you’re not going to make the order then just cancel the order. That easy.

My pizza was ordered at 12 pm and was not received until 4pm. I was grateful they threw in a free cheese sticks however I didn't feel it was worth the wait. Food was hot and fresh but I was overall not impressed that it took 4 hours to complete my order.LATER... the company wanted to make up for it and this time around was 1,000 X better. I got the same order but instead went to go pick it up and food was hot and fresh when I got there. Kudos to all the happy dog owners at this location that made my experience awesome.
