The online ordering was great, they sent me a timeline, after 5 minutes they said it was on its way. ok I thought , after 10 mins then I got a notice saying that a outside person was delivering it. Then I got a notice another 20 min then another 10 min it was cold by the time I got it, I will never online order again. They lived up to their promise 40 to 50 min delivery. They just don't tell you it is cold.
The most uncomfortable Pizza Hut in Utah. Asked if I could order, lady said yes and confirmed to me that I wanted a small pepperoni pizza (she did not enter the order in the computer, which did seem odd). As she went to do what I naively assumed was to make my pizza, I sat for 20 minutes in a completely silent Pizza Hut. The only time I heard anyone speak was to leave to deliver pizza. After 20 minutes, I asked if my pizza was ready since the worker was silently on her phone. They asked what the name on the order was, but I did not give a name at any point. I left because she obviously did not realize that I wanted to actually order a pizza and didn't just want to sit uncomfortably silent on the bench for 20 minutes for fun. I really thought I had very deliberately ordered a small cheese pizza, but sitting there really had me questioning my sanity.
Very worst store. Never visit this store. They gave me a 3-Toppings large unbaked pizza & when asked for it. The shop person did not make a new one, instead doubled the same pizza & gave it back.The bread was like rock & chesse was not spreaded well & not done well. Marinara sauce was missing in many places.Overall it is a total disappointment
Do not order from here - they outsource their delivery through Doordash and it never shows up. The system says it was delivered, we don't have our pizza. Two hours of talking to their call centers and nothing is resolved. Terrible customer service, we're out $20 and no pizza to show for it.
Waste of time.... Ordered pizza, sticks and soda for the evening ..waited the usual 50-60 min ...the pizza was never delivered...got an confirmation email saying what time it would get here and charged for it ........... I usually get a text saying the pizza is on the way... Got nothing.Tried calling the store .. they just kept hanging up and saying we are closed ... Trying to get my refund back ...but still having problem... Seems no one is in the store at noon
Manager was nice and working hard. Order was correct and fresh, had just come out of the oven when I arrived.
Pizza wasn't cooked all the way and was overloaded with sauce. The wings were on point and the service was great.
Pizza was good but we had to go pick it up because they didn't have a driver
At first I was pretty annoyed because my pizza was ready to be delivered, but doordash made it take about 20 minutes longer. Then I realized how lucky I am. As Americans, we live like kings. We can just touch a few things on our phones and then food is delivered straight to our front door. It's actually pretty amazing. The pizza tasted great. So what if it's not typing hot straight out of the oven? I'm lucky. We're lucky.
I never got my order. No one contacted me to let me know it was cancelled, the app Just kept saying it was on its way.
