Worse service... WE ordered pizza. they apparently delivered it to the wrong address. They couldn't re-deliver our food because they did not have a driver anymore apparently. I asked to speak to the manager and they would not come to the phone. My best option was a discount on my next order or a refund. How ridiculous, DO not order from this location, I can see why they have less than 3 stars in ratings. We even called and the girl answering the phone said the driver was on his way, she apparently verified the address, but they don't care for customer service here. Do not order.
If I could give zero stars I would. Ordered a pizza at 745pm it's now 10pm.and no pizza delivered. No one will answer and now is just a busy signal so I can't even cancel the order.. Thanks pizza hut for disappointing my kids for Friday night dinner. I will never ever order from here again. This is a joke! I'll go to another pizza place from now on.This place on highland dr took our online order took our money and they aren't even open.we drove up there to get our pizza. I will never ever recommend pizza hut to any one ever.
DO NOT GO HERE OR ORDER U LESS YOU WANT TO GWT RIPPED OFF. They will take your order take your card payment and never deliver the pizza. When u call they say it's on the way And they are not open till 11 they close at 9 tNever trust this place
Do not give this pizza franchise your business. I paid for a delivery that never came on February 25 and now I’m trying to contact the store for a refund(fyi they aren’t answering or I get someone In India go figure) and I’m trying to get the charges reversed with my bank. It’s a complete mess. This company is a joke and they hire people that close earlier than they are supposed to and they have DoorDash take your food so if you haven’t gotten your food chances are they stole it but you can’t track it and get the DoorDasher in Trouble because you didn’t place the DoorDash delivery.
You forgot to include the ranch sauce. Everything else with the food was great, and you included my specified plates and napkins in a bag, but forgot my ranch that I paid for. Update: Thanks for providing two ranches with my next order to make up for the first time you forgot, that made my day. :D
We haven't been here in a while because the last time we ordered here the staff was rude, the wait time was longer than they said and the pizza wasn't that great. We tried again because the wait time at our usual spot was too long but this time the staff was friendly (even though they were very busy) and the pizza tasted better. We'll definitely add them back to the rotation!
Delivery is ridiculous!! Got a text pizza was out for delivery but it would be 1.5 hours before it’s delivered. Absolutely ridiculous. Definitely will not be ordering again! Who wants pizza that has been riding around in someone’s car for that long?! Not me, just give me a refund at that point and acknowledge you’re unable to provide the service.
I ordered large pizza at 7:45. Site said pizza would be delivered at 45 to 50 min. Pizza price was $39 and was on credit card. Text message sent to me said pizza was out for delivery at 8:15. Pizza never got here. Tried to call but nobody answered for 30 min on hold. Tried to call next day but nobody answered again. Just comercial saying how great the hut was and come and work for them and one of the pizza professionals wouldbe on line shortly. Then site said store closed and no delivery. Very dissapointed.

This pizza hut location is awesome, customer service is great and the pizza has always been delicious!
