Big fan of the bánh mì! It’s a large portion that comes with a side of sweet potato fries or salad for a reasonable price. The baguette and the meat is so good. My favorite is the grilled pork and the French beef! The phở is delicious and the broth has a very balanced flavor profile. Some places have broth that is too sweet for my taste. But this one is exactly what I look for! I personally do not add any additional sauces because I love the broth on its own. You can taste the beef and it’s really the star of the broth.
I've been to a lot of pho places around slc and this one is probably one of my least favorite. Their food is very expensive and not the best quality. They gave a us a plate of bean sprouts, lemons, and wilted old basil. Why lemons?? The broth is extraordinarily oily. The edemame tasted super plain. I ordered a Thai ice tea and they brought out a glass of it half full. The only good thing is that we had a nice server.
Came in on Sunday for the first time and was very impressed. The place was very busy but the two servers did great handling the volume. That’s even with an angry women in the back giving them a hard time about lack of service when her party just didn’t show up and they couldn’t help her until everyone was there. Definitely order the filet pho, well worth the extra money. Will be making this a regular spot!
This outlet is located in Sugar House and is one of the worst pho in which I have ever eaten! The broth was diluted and lacking in flavour, beef was over cooked and bland. In addition, they ran out of basil! How can pho run out of basil, which is one of the the basic ingredients?! I would not recommend eating in this restaurant ever. There are many more better pho eateries located in SLC. Disappointing.
It was my first time going, I ordered a beef brisket pho and it wasn’t too bad. However, the service was terrible, I’m not sure if she was the owner or not but she definitely could’ve done way better! Someone needs to give her some energizer drinks or something. FYI, I never write bad reviews but this one deserved it.
pho thin, is the best restaurant that you can eat at in sugar house, Salt Lake City. It is my sanctuary.. it cures my depression.. makes me forget there is bad in this world… makes me want to be a better person.. if you wanna be a better person eat Pho. Be kind, stay hot.
Paid 18$ for this , plus they didn't include the extra pha sausce. But the the food is delicious I just wish they'd get it it right.
It is a rip off. I ordered 3 orders of broth and they charged for a full meal for each cup of broth. And in case you were going to ask, all I got was the broth. I might have give bonus points or something if they had given me the full meal but to charge $12 for broth is not worth it.What is worse is the broth was not that great. It is okay but I have had better. As for the sandwich, they ignored directions and left stuff on that I asked to be left off.Even the potstickers were only so so.I will never go back and I will tell my friends to look elsewhere for good pho.
We love this place. The tofu Bahn Mi is absolutely insane. So unbelievably good. And the pho is delicious, of course. I love the roundeye cut. I love to get the super size with the market vegetables. The best Vietnamese food in Salt Lake! The only place that comes close is Pho Plus on State St. down in Orem.
The dishes have always been extremely delicious. I tired something other than the Pho which is amazing. The caramelized beef with rice was so good, I couldn't even stop to snap a picture. The beef rice wraps were also done really well, even if I had to assemble them myself, which made for an interesting yet very delicious meal. Fingers were too sticky for a picture. So much food and cooked so well! Definitely worth the wait and the creative way of making my pan food at the table.
