I always ask my Pizza well done, most times they don't do
So much trouble just to order a pizza over the phone with two locations! What happened to your quality customer service, it's terrible!
Two hours later and my pizza might be on it's way... but the staff will mess with the tracker so who knows! ?♂️
Excellent service. Management stepped up when I had issues with the website. Great food. I little disappointed in the look of the pizza. The middle didn't have toppings. Looked bad.
Zero zero zero tolerance for lazy people this store has transferred my order plenty of times and they forget half the things I order. when I called in they had no explanation to why my order was transferred from salt lake to West Jordan.The driver called to tell me that he was in West Jordan I don’t even have a West Jordan address on my account. Then they told me they can’t do anything for me besides Cancelling it and ordering a new one I don’t want another order from papa johns from now on this is horrible management on their end.
Tonight I ordered a stuffed crust pizza with an order of breadsticks. We requested no contact delivery because I am extremely high risk health wise. The guy gets here knocks on the door and waits for someone to answer instead of leaving it at the door as requested. Checked the order and they dropped off someone else's food at my home. I call the store I spoke to Jared and he apologized stated he will call the delivery driver and our food will be delivered to our door shortly. Almost 40 minutes later the driver is back with just the pizza, no breadsticks and tells me there was only 1 box for my order. I call the store again beyond pissed at this point and the "manager" tells me they messed up on their side and it removed the breadsticks and they couldn't add it back again yet my acct was STILL charged for the pizza and breadsticks. Instead of refunding my money they tell me they will give me a free pizza on my next order because their system won't allow them to void the order to refund. Decided to hell with it don't worry about it I just won't order from you guys again. How hard is it to fix a mistake that YOUR STORE made?
