Order through the phone at 8PM pizza never came!!! Stored closed at 9PM and Delivery supposedly stops at 12AM, Pizza never came, no way to track if you order through the phone and no way to contact anyone at that specific store. $55.94 and Pizza never came!!! Next day called when they open at 10AM and Bridget put me on hold Finally told her what happened and she said NO YOU JUST ORDERED THIS MORNING and I said NO I ORDERED LAST NIGHT and she stated well I see that it failed last night and so it came through this morning!!! DING DING DING BINGO THATS WHAT HAPPENED LITTLE GIRL SO STOP ARGUING WITH GROWN FOLKS ABOUT YOUR BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS and things you know nothing about!!! She just should have SHUT HER MOUTH AND APOLOGIZED FOR THEIR MISTAKES and ISSUED THE REFUND instead she wanted to argue about it and tried to blame it on me but NO NO NO NO that didn't get to far with her made up stories so she then turned what happened around and blamed it on the phone agents who are from another country who are most likely not even Papa John employees and works for a third party Call Center as one of their vendors who takes their orders when that specific store doesn't answer or gets to busy!!! Bridget GO BACK TO TRAINING LEARN CUSTOMER SERVICE hopefully they will also teach you that I AM NOT YOUR HUN, OKAY HUN!!! PAPA JOHNS at THIS LOCATION 3510 S 4400 W, SLC, UT 84120 IN WEST VALLEY CITY IS TERRIBLE WISH I could give it a NEGATIVE -1!!! PIZZA NEVER CAME AND BRIDGET WANTED TO BE RIGHT AND FOUGHT TO BE HEARD FOR NOTHING LIKE A FOOL!!!

Papa John's is consistently the best pizza. Everyone else has changed and lost what they had. Never had a bad pizza with Papa John's. Had great service at this store.
They support Russia on what their doing to Ukraine and staying open in Russia. Shame on yall.
I would advise against ordering pizza through Papa Johns in West Valley City Utah. They use Door Dash for their delivery. Which is a failure as the driver gave half order to some one else. When contacting the store at 3510 south 4400 west in West Valley City, Utah. The person that answered the phone would not identify themselves.And then said it is not their responsibility to what a door dash driver does and that there is nothing they can do. When asked really it is not their responsibility she said please hold and she would get a manager. 6 m 36 sec later the girl gets back on the phone and says the store is closing and there is nothing they can not complete my order. Then quickly said we can give you me a discount on a future order. Again trying to get off the phone with me and said Manager was too busy to talk to me. If this is how Papa Johns treats customers do not see a good future in business.
Ordered 2 pizzas and the specialty wasnt thin crust like i ordered the store wouldn't make it right
Placed a delivery order at 630pm, waiting almost 2 and a half hours at 9 to have them cancel the order. Then ignore several phone calls before answering and not giving a reason why it was canceled.
Just ordered a pizza and estimated delivery is 2 hours. I’m 7 minutes down the road literally off of 3500 south. 2 hours is unacceptable I’m going to forget I even ordered the pizza.
Wow! When I arrived to pick up my order they couldn't find it. When they did they didn't mention anything to me at all. I just overheard what was going on. The bright colored hair women was so belittling to the employees it was disgusting. I asked fir a dieco7nt for the inconvenience and the manager literally rolled her eyes at ke and threw down dough. She did not give me a discount or say one word to me. Please papa johns help this store with teamwork and customer service. Thank you
