We ordered pizza through the app and it said it would be delivered in 30 to 40 minutes. An hour and 10 minutes later we called the store, and the employee said that there was no drivers they could bring it to us. Never were we notified of any delay, in fact, the verification email said that it would also be 30 to 40 minutes. This location has been severely understaffed for years. We need to bring back the real papa John Schnatter. We ended going to the location and picking up the food, an hour and a half after it said it would be ready initially.Somehow, Papa Johns needs to do take into account the problems they're having finding drivers to deliver the food. THIS IS AN ONGOING ISSUE. It is a terrible experience when you order the food and it gives you one time, only to have to wait triple or quadruple that estimated time.To whoever owns this location, or monitors this profile, this location has been understaffed far before Covid.
I am a Door Dasher and I was in here picking up an order for a customer. There was another Door Dasher in at the same time. Him and the guy working behind the counter were laughing at me, made me feel very uncomfortable. It was very unprofessional and I will not go into this location again because of the way I was treated.
Didn't make the pizza I ordered. What was brought isn't even cooked all the way. Seriously I'm pretty sure this isn't even legal. The wrong pizza aside, undercooked food is a health violation.I haven't had pizza in months and was looking forward... to this?
Placed an order while the place was open and about two hours before closing, moment later I checked the order status and shows canceled. Call the store and they told me they cancelled it because there was not enough orders. What is the point of having it open?
So I place an order #920284733 December 22, 2021. I placed my order and at 11:05 AM got my email confirmation.....finally at 12:39 PM I called the store to find out where my order is, when my delivery did not come through yet an hour and 40 minutes later. After being hung up on three times, I finally get the manager on the phone...... only to be hung up on by the manager as well, while I am explaining to him why I am angry.... YES he proceeds to hang up on me. Then I called back the store to find out how to get in touch with the managers manager and they hang up on me again. The store is pathetic the manager is pathetic this whole place is pathetic. So sad! At least THE PIE PIZZERIA is very happy to obtain our business. Been asking for years. We spend $13,000 a year on Pizza. Sounds crazy, but its not for one of the accounts I am in charge of. We order pizza almost daily for different teams across the city/state. I have officially taken Papa Johns out of the vendor list and they are not allowed to be used ever again! NO STORES!! I wonder if the regional manager would hang up on me once they found out the manager just cost him a $13,000 a year account. Be careful who you hang up on. You never know who you're talking to.
Honestly the worst! I placed an order with them and they took the order and then callled me minutes before my order was supposed to come to tell me the driver doesn't want a cash delivery so the cant take my order. Now how was that my problem cause i have a right to pay with cash if i want too?I even offered an extra tip cause i wasnt getting much food. The manager telks me i can give you opgion for door dash (doesnt make sense cause i have cash) or come in and ill make your order?? He said, (Dont have a car so i order delivery)Very poor customer service at that.. Will never order from this place.
I ordered online and when i went to pick it up it seemed like it was lacking in toppings, the manager noticed me looking at it came over to take a look and offered to make me a new one right away and even upsize it. He was amazing and really knows good customer service. After speaking with him for a bit he mentioned how the people who have good experiences rarely leave a comment well here i am. I also know if you have any problem he is willing to work with people and correct anything that went wrong. Great work guys you did awesome work i will definitely come back
First off I want to say I have been ordering from this location for over TEN YEARS (closer to fifteen actually). I'm leaving 2 just based on the previous years were great, until recently. I also never leave reviews like this, but I'm just flabbergasted at this point on how and why location is still open. I will have to switch locations or chains entirely. The first few times when my food was late I could understand because they apparently have had driver shortages. Issues with missing things like soda or sauce? Orders not correct but still edoble? No big deal, whatever I didn't complain at all.I just wanna explain my morning first off to how this is just a cherry on top;Our basement semi flooded, so we spent time mopping/ sopping up water and fixing what caused the issue. So of course, lunch time we're all tired and hungry. Now I'm just astonished how the app was stuck in "making" for over 30 mins, blinked saying "delivery in 5 mins" via doordash, then back to "making". Well an hour, only to then get a DOORDASH update saying its on its way. Cool, awesome ? didn't mind waiting but was getting concerned a little. Opened up my boxes to find nice breadsticks ❤ then we all started popping open that pizza box. ? holy hell I kid you not I said "what the hell did they do, leave the pizza in the oven for the whole HOUR?". I've ordered well done for about 7 yrs simply because I prefer the bottom to not be a soggy mess, but this was a soggy mess AND burnt. If you cannot properly fill orders then do NOT continue to take them. That would be my advice. Keep in mind this is from someone who's been ordering from them for well over a decade, this store has developed serious issues for the last year. It's so sad, I used to really, really love this location ?
The only pizza place that is able to make my pizza absolutely PERFECT!! Everything from the crust to the cheese and toppings was just right! The staff in store, whenever I call in an order is polite, as well as the delivery drivers, who have also been awesome!This location does a great job ? ?Dang I forgot to post photos because we scarfed it! ?
We enjoyed our jack-o'-lantern pizza on Halloween thank you papa John's ?
