The #1 filthiest Panda Express I have ever been to visit. Makes my stomach turn thinking if the lobby is this bad, what is the kitchen like? I was in this location at June 5th, 3 PM, hardly anyone dining, I counted three tables occupied besides mine. Both trash bins overloaded with trash, the whole Eastern wall of booths and tables dirty as could be, soda spilled all over the seat of one of the booths. The floor looked like it had not been mopped for several days. Both indoor trash bins over-running. Where's the coveted $77K manager when it comes to cleanliness to customers and staff? Lazy people work here!

This location is clean and eating space is sufficient. It can get busy or crowded though on meal times. One time, I came in 730pm and I'm the only customer. The crew took my order but I got stuck at the cashier cause I think everyone's busy working in online order till someone from the kitchen reminded them to cash me out. I didn't mind it at first cause I wasn't too hungry but maybe they didn't have a Manager on duty since no one seems to manage the traffic. Right after I sat down, people started coming in and a line of at least 15 customers are on pile so I think crews were a bit slow. I know there were at least 4 crews behind the counter, so that's interesting.

This restaurant puts a priority on all orders placed through the internet. After 20 minutes, the line has moved 10 feet. Right now, the line is to the bathroom.Update: 40 minutes later and I got in line when it was only to the front door. After my order was ready, they made three to go orders and rang up a walk-in before letting me pay. They just got reamed out by the next customer for making four to go orders after his order was ready. Five minutes after I sat down, a lady just got upset for the same thing.It is quite amazing that an order for someone that has not even arrived at the store would take a priority over the customers waiting in line.

Got food poisoning from this location. I have been trying for the last week to get in touch with someone but no one has called me to check in. I’ve also called this location and asked to speak to the manager yet the employees have no clue when their manager will be in. Poorly run and obviously not clean. Thanks for the hospital bills and being out of work for a week! Never gonna eat panda again and I don’t recommend anyone else eating here as two other people I know have also gotten food poisoning from this location. Rude employees and awful chefs.

They are always very late on takeout orders. They never acknowledge take out customers, they just let us group u and stand their and wait and block walkways and drink station. Takeout customers are customers just like any other customers and should be treated like customers. They are very rude how they ignore us. They just have to put chicken and rice in a box, why is it so hard? There’s nothing “express” about this location because they will be 20-30 mins late on your order and make you wait and waste your time.

I ordered 2 bowls with rice and orange chicken. We had a whole bowl full of uncooked rice you could still see the dark White throughout the pieces of rice, rice shouldn't be crunchy!!! So by then it didn't matter if the chicken was good or not because it was covered with crunchy rice. What a waste of money. I wish we would have been staying there to eat I would have gave it back to them, but I didn't find this out till we were at home trying to enjoy our dinner.

The store was very busy during lunch rush, but the employees were working hard to help everyone be served in a timely manner, even amid a disgruntled customer. Lorena was specifically so friendly, quick, and professional. She was great.

Rude employees. Since when are Panda Express workers all of a sudden covid police?? As I’m ordering the worker keeps telling me to pull my mask up (it’s barely lowered down on my nose and I have glasses so I can’t tightly squeeze it onto the brim of my nose without it getting so foggy I can’t see) it’s still covering my mouth and most of my face and she was just way to rude & persistent with it. Other employee at the counter treated me like a inconvenience for having cash and said “ugh now I have to re open my register” as someone who has had lots of work in food you know you dont close down ur register until close so you don’t run into those issues. Overall not a great experience. Got a small portion of chicken Bc of my ‘mask’ as well???

Whoever served me was definitely not happy. They didn't look me in the eye once. I had a very simple order of a bowl of chow mein with broccoli beef, but they only gave me chow mein with broccoli... No beef. They also served very quick and sloppy and didn't fill the bowl. I understand everyone has bad days, but I left feeling worse than I walked in. I work at a hospital and was really looking forward to dinner after a long shift. I'm never going back.

Don't bother ordering to-go orders here. Especially at night. The guy with the flesh-colored guages will help 10 people in line before he even acknowledges you're standing there, just waiting for your order. NEVER AGAIN
