Me and wife went there to eat last Friday and we order the teriyaki chicken plate and the chicken was terrible it have a weird taste and smell like it was rotten not good at all I don't even know if it was chicken I don't think we are coming back
Cool reheated pre-cooked chicken. Tasted like it had been sitting out for a while. I love getting mall teriyaki but never again from here
I GOT FOOD POISONING!My husband and I were visiting friends over the weekend and on our last day, we decided to go to the mall. We were hungry and the food court was our first stop. The food at Osaka Japan wasn't that great. I had the teryaki chicken with noodles and broccoli. The food just didn't have much taste and looked very artificial. However it was edible. This was actually the only meal we had in the day. We snacked on chips and candy on our way home to Las Vegas. The next morning, I woke up with food poisoning. So thanks Osaka Japan. Never eating here again.
5 pieces of chicken in my bowl. I asked if I could have more because everyone else had the right amount, but I was short changed since I was the last bowl to be filled… she said it depends on the cook. What kind of an answer is that? Literally they were scraping to fill my bowl. Just make more, I’ll wait. I want what I paid for.
They have poor. Customer services and. The plate is half empty No flavor. Compare to. The one in west valley and. Fashion place they need. Better ppl upfront
The food is usually good, the price is right. My only real complaint is that the staff, in particular the lady I assume is the manager, can be very abrupt or even rude to customers. I, a 40-something year old man, was scolded for dropping a straw on the counter when I was picking up my chopsticks.
If I can give this a zero I would, we’ve been to the Osaka in valley fair mall, Southtowne mall, and fashion place mall and their plates are full! Here they gave half of my rice and I would have to find my rice through my vegetables. My husbands plate was half noodles and half rice and they gave a little scoop of both! If they can change the management please!! I usually don’t finish my plates and this one there’s nothing to eat from how little the portion was!!
Everything is so mushy ? everything has an underlying rancid taste. $30 to the trash ??????

Friendly staff, good portion. My husband and I love rice and they gave us a good amount! Got teriyaki chicken, beef, and shrimp and it was good! I'd totally come back next time I'm in Salt Lake.
