Arrived during a shift change in the middle of the week. The leaving waiter left us alone for over 15 mins w/o even a glance and cashed out 2 tables before leaving. My new waiter was quick and attentive. Food was good but not at their best quality.Everyone wants to get out of work on time but at least hand off your table professionally.
Came here multiple times and every time the service is less than satisfactory. The lack of attention from the servers seems especially pointed when I come with my boyfriend, whenever I come with him the service takes way longer than when I come alone, or with friends. It’s olive garden food, which as a chain is pretty much the same no matter where you go, but the service always leaves me wanting more. Even in a weekday where the restaurant wasn’t busy, it took a very long time to get our order taken and to get checked in on.
It's the Olive Garden, if you've ever eaten here before you pretty much know what to expect! The food was hot, service was really good, waitress was super responsive and accommodating. We have two young kids ages 2 and 4 who split off the kids meal and they split it in the kitchen and brought it out on 2 separate plates which is always nice then having to figure it out at the table. I think the Sugarhouse location is one of the better locations (we live closer to another location, but prefer this one!) Great place to eat with kids! We ate here for my birthday and they brought a really pretty desert and let me pick what I wanted off the menu instead of just providing one option which was nice!
From the minute we walked in, we were greeted with a smile by 4 employees.The waiter was on the ball and friendlyI had the lasagna while my husband had the chicken alfredo. Both came quickly and was delicious!They have an electronic game tablet like device on each table, to play while waiting for our dinner.Thank you to the staff and the cook .
One of my favorite places to eat. We went on Valentine's Day and even with the chaos of the day, they treated us very well and the food was hot and excellent. And the wait wasn't that long as we used the call ahead list service and it worked great. Our waitress, very friendly, very good service.
It’s incredible how amazing these people are tonight! John was an absolutely incredible server! I’m a waitress myself and I completely understand what stress he was under, regardless he didn’t forget about us and was the most kind waiter I’ve had at Olive Garden! He even took time out of his runs to go through all the desserts with us and explain how they’re made and what he thought of them. He deserves a bonus or something! No waiter goes through the trouble he went though!
Always a favorite when trying to find somewhere to eat out with friends. I always get the create your own pasta which is a phenomenal deal! Never have had a bad experience with the staff. Their delivery options are also very accommodating.
The food was great. The staff was not. Our waitress was especially rude. Disrespectful to us and the elderly couple sitting at the next table. Maybe her and the hostess were having a bad day?? Maybe they need a lesson in manners? Who knows. Terrible experience.
Fabulous service!! Above and beyond the place was packed and we got service so good it felt like we were the only ones there. My father was so impressed with the Waitress Brittany that he probably will change this one to his favorite
One name and one name only… Miranda. Our waitress Miranda was the physical embodiment of the common Utahn household phrase… “Live.Laugh.Love”. She made my Olive Garden dreams come true by letting me order off the kids menu. The food was great and I loved the environment. Best Olive Garden in Utah. ?✌?
