Hands down, best sushi in the state. It's 1/2 off sushi after 10pm. We came a bit late after a long day of work and they were more than accommodating. The sushi chef was so kind and funny. We really enjoyed this place. As a traveler, I can't wait to come back. The schooter beers were bigger than my head and I loved it! If you don't go here... You're missing out.
Wonderful little hole in the wall just off of city Creek can park in the parking lot below the mall for two hours for free and walk in two minutes to the restaurant. You will need to show ID because it is a bar but the sushi dinner was wonderful for its small restaurant section. Probably seats about 20 to 30 people max including the sushi bar but I believe you could sit on the bar side and order as well. Straight up bar on the left sushi bar in Japanese on the right. No rush and sat right away on a Saturday night!
Awesome and somewhat hidden pub that has a good atmosphere. I always make it my mission to stop here every time I go up to SLC. If you're looking for a quiet place to enjoy some drinks and nice food this is the place.Patrons here tend to be more mature which is great if that's what you're going for.

Spent new years eve here. Love the pool bar/sushi vibe, definitely unique. They have lots of good drinks/food and it's always fun to play a round of pool.
Whatever you do, DO NOT use the restrooms here. That's all I can say about that.Otherwise, rolls were decent, service was average to slow. Sushi chefs were grumpy. Overall, I'd go back for a beer and roll except the bathrooms...if that's a sign of the back condition, ie kitchen...scary thought.
This is one of my favorite spots in the city. Out of the way, always willing to seat you, great sushi, creative cocktails, and a classic set of beers on tap. Plus, they show hockey games, so huge plus. Definitely recommend this place for a bite to eat, a drink while you watch the game, or a quick round of pool. Oh, and order a sunset roll, you wont regret it.
Wednesday night is all you can eat sushi. Which is pretty damn good for all you can eat. They have alot of options outside of the specials.Also...Love everything this bar. It's my kind of place, just walking through the front door, puts a big smile on my face..Things I like1- it ain't too far.2- Come as you are.3- no covet charge.
Excellent atmos! Very casual. Great service. The food and presentation is awesome! Very good selection and affordable. Specifically, my bartender Menolly has such a refreshing and upbeat energy! She rocks! Definitely sit at the bar and have her serve up your drinks! She also makes the tastiest lemon drops.
Love this place! I always take coworkers and friends here for lunch, their locals night (tuesday) is the best deal in town. Burgers are good, but the sushi is really good. And our server Abby was super awesome
