My Granddaughter has me come here a lot and it is a very nice Calm place unlike other Cafe places. the music is usually at a Reasonable level, and it really seems to put a smile on her face when she has their Creepes :) if I were a student or I wanted a cup of coffee and lived in the neighborhood, I would definitely stop by here. Unfortunately I do not live so close so I can't come here very often, but I Definitely would. Wouldn't you?
Fast and friendly service❤️ The crêpes were kind of tough and flavorless, but the fillings were tasty. Espresso drinks were great (I really wish coffee shops would offer heavy cream, but that's a rare find?). The place could use a good dusting and mopping though ..(check out the dust falling off the fans - don't sit under one of those ?)
Cozy coffee place in downtown Salt Lake City, friendly staff, easy menu, fast, warm and nicely done.Definitely coming back.
This is a very typical local cafe.SLC coffee culture/industry has been growing quickly recently. Why did I say that? It means most of old cafes in UT need to step up on their coffee. Most of the cafes part-timers do not have barista certification, nor into coffee. Absolutely it’s rare to find a good coffee here. So based on market, I give two stars. When you walk into this place, you will smell burnt oil instead of scent of fresh coffee beans. Idk why they cook out there, without shield or anything.Ok price. For the overall experience it’s the highest price what they could ask for it. (I still don’t understand why americano price goes up by size with same shots of espresso lol, oh yeah hot water)Loud, stinky, and dusty.Failed on vibe, service, and quality but the reason I am giving two stars:This place has lots of potential though. Great location, roomy, and many Utahn has their own nostalgia from this place.
Best mocha I’ve ever had! My friend and I sat and chatted in the cafe for an hour or so and were very cozy. Can’t wait to go back and try the crepes. Highly recommend!
Beef empanada ?flavor ?oily?Vegan empanada?chimichurri?chocolate chip cookie. Right amount of sweet.
Really good coffee, crepes, and sandwiches! However, their service and ordering could use some work. I didn't mind waiting the 30 min it took to get my food, but it was very confusing knowing whether or not the food they called was yours. They don't take names or give you a number, they just call out the dish/drink you order and then you play a guessing game as to whether or not it's yours or someone else's. In the 30 min we sat there, there were around 3-4 people that had their orders taken by someone else or made incorrectly. They also had soft spoken voices so if you were sitting further away, you wouldn't even hear them. I want to love this place, but this made the experience frustrating.
This is a five star establishment. I’ve recently become a regular going several times a week. Until today I loved this place. The two servers today- both girls one with bleached bangs and one with glasses were very inconsiderate. The several times I’ve come the employees are very respectful of the people studying/reading here. These girls were incredibly loud and completely distracting. Even the person sitting next to me said “I have to leave I can’t concentrate with them” And both girls were very rude not one smile or greeting. And neither girls were wearing masks. Very unprofessional girls.
This place is fantastic! Amazing crepes, good coffee and other beverages and lots of space to spread out and relax or study. This place has a great vibe and seems to have a mature crowd that isn't overly hipster but also isn't too old either. Great place to get some work done.
Tasted just as good as it looks. I can’t believe this crepe was $6.50.Good espresso as well.
