Super friendly as always. I love the company here. I especially enjoy that I can have decadent vegan options to spoil my sweet tooth. Yum! It's no secret how artistic their icecream is too. Best treat downtown.

Great local ice cream shop. Ice cream sandos are super. Often eclectic flavors. Not cheap. High quality ingredients, everything made in house.
Went on a Saturday around 8:15 and they were quick to serve us and friendly when it came to explaining the different ice cream options . Ice cream to topping ratio is important and they got it spot on ! Smart to add little esthetics to the store for IG opportunity. Was busy which is to be expected ... very limiting seating. Luckily my two friends and I were able to snag a spot right as we got our ice cream. Would come back
The ice cream at this establishment is excellent. They serve soft serve ice cream with a boutique twist of gourmet preparation. They are not afraid to experiment with unique flavor and texture combinations. I highly recommend one of their composed cones, as they are typically some of their most creative special ice creams. Service is always friendly. Their brick and mortar is a little small with limited seating an their seating is uncomfortable and in need of more support. I would recommend this place for visitors to the city.
The ice cream is delicious and the service is always extremely friendly. They are quick to give you samples and answer questions. The girl who greets people as they come in on the weekends couldn’t be nicer. Love this place.
The best soft served Ice Cream in Utah! No joke it’s the best, the flavor profile on some of the ice creams are unbelievably creative. Specifically the current Halloween flavors that are happening. I look forward to the seasonal changes. Which happen about once a month. Basically take my money Normal Ice Cream, you deserve it.
Always a pleasure. Delicious ice cream (and sorbet). Delightul staff. Very clean and inviting atmosphere. A little small but most shops and restaurants in the area are so it's not a con at all. I love normal as a truck and love it more as a shop ❤
