I had never heard of Normal ice cream before a friend suggested we go and I am so happy that I was introduced to it! They have unique but tasty flavors. The employees were helpful and professional. When I arrived, the line was literally out the door but it moved quickly. There is not much seating inside, but there are a few chairs and a picnic table out front. I look forward to returning and trying more options on the menu, however I did love the raspberry sour cream and vanilla swirl!

The ice cream is good and would definitely go again for the ice cream but as other reviewers have stated: the area where the shop is located is not the greatest with large number of homeless people. They have a lot of flavor choices. I got the vanilla and raspberry twist and it was pretty good. They also have some pretty cool looking merch.

Fantastic and delicious ice cream, and always something new and really unique to try + great and super friendly staff. Just a heads up, the interior of this place is not sensory or autism friendly at all. Super overwhelming, so I would recommend having a friend or family member order for you and waiting outside if you have any sensory issues relating to light or sound. Normal, if y’all want any specific feedback or perspective on how to make a more sensory friendly space let me know I’m happy to give my perspective

Nice little ice cream shop.Although the ice cream and the drink I got weren’t too memorable, the interior of the shop was clean and modern.Worth a visit, but don’t expect too much.

Went here with coworkers who are vegan/gluten free. First off, very few flavor options. It doesn’t taste terrible but it’s not very good. The texture leaves it a bit to be desired. If you can’t have dairy, maybe it’s a good option for you. If you don’t have dietary restrictions, get better, cheaper ice cream anywhere else but here.

Don’t waste your time.First, not a great area, a homeless lady was asking for money while we were standing in line to order.Second, the cold brew coffee wasn’t good.Third, the ice cream was just gross - we didn’t eat more than a bit or two of each. The flavors are not good, it has a fluffy/airy texture, sour flavor and not tasty at all. I’m disappointed we wasted our money here. Will not be back.

This is such a unique ice cream shop. Definitely a great place to go for a fun experience. My only gripe is that they don't have pictures of anything or tell you what is what whenever you receive your order, so we had a time figuring out which order went to which person. Still a great experience!

Horrible!!! The chocolate coating is very dark just like melted semi sweet chocolate chips. The ice cream is not “Real” ice cream. It’s fluffy and salty. No flavor whatsoever! Mango, vanilla, chocolate it was all the same flavor, or non flavor. I even asked if I could just exchange my nasty mango and try a plain vanilla instead. The cashier was very rude and said I bought it and if I didn’t like I’d just have to buy a different one. Just don’t waste your time and money here!

Once I found this place I always head here on the way to the airport with a gas station on the corner to fuel up. They have pre-made items and pints. On “tap” are 6 flavors they can be mixed or swirled. There are pre-set mixtures for each flavor or you can get your own. The “normal” size is $4 so not sure what the other review got for $5. The fancy mixes at $7 but sounded really tempting. It’s both a super light but rich and creamy treat. Street parking usu is available.

Just love all the unique flavors. We make special trips up to Salt Lake from West Jordan to get this treat. ?? their next location will be more in the heart of the valley?? so we can frequent them as much as we really want to (which would several days a week ?☺️)
