These guys are clearly understaffed right now. Perhaps others called out sick, or something like that I’m sure but they are completely swamped with orders all over the place and the three individuals (girl cooking in the back, girl in the visor up front and the kid in the blue shirt) are all handling themselves very well. Exercising a lot of patience, no panic, working their tails off to get everyone their orders.Nights like this happen everywhere and in every profession but well done the these three tonight.
For some unexplained reason at this location they only take online orders NO orders taken at the cashier. Then when I try to use their app to order online the app is so janky and crashes several times while trying to place an order. Missed out on yet another customer’s money because of some jank unexplained system. Shame
Ordered Japanese pan noodles. With steak and olives (cut cilantro). Well 30+ minutes later I just get noodles. Just noodles. Abysmal.(edit 1: I did DoorDash and that’s why I didn’t take it back, instead choosing to post here. Although it was DoorDash, I did NOT factor driving time into waiting time. Lastly, I did have 2 meals on the receipt and paid for. The second dish, was quickly taken after I got home as the roommate went to work with their food. I came to find out their BUFFALO MAC N CHEESE was missing the Buffalo sauce as a whole, and also the chicken as well. We were both given, just, noodles. I wish I could give 0 stars)
the food was fantastic and done very quickly, and Liza was super friendly and made the whole experience better. Definitely the best experience I've had at this location.
After talking with corporate I was told the store would call me and sort put my issue and Id also get coupons for free food. I didn't get either. 8 months later and now I have bbq Mac and cheese with check and it has no cheese or bbq sauce. It tastes like my noodles have been ran through sand. Such a dry and unsatisfactory meal.
Several mistakes on our order. My wife's food wasn't finally ready till everyone else was done eating. Staff need at least some basic hospitality training. Will not be returning.
I used to love Noodles & Co., but as it seems to be everywhere, their portions are smaller and in disposable dishes. Maybe it's the pandemic, but I hope they go back to serving larger portions on regular dishes. Quality of food was still good, but for $25 for two of us, I expected a better experience.
This location has gone extremely downhill in terms of food quality. Which makes me sad, because I’ve been a loyal customer for years. The biggest shock tonight was that some employee decided to put cheddar cheese on top of my buttered noodles instead of Parmesan!! Seriously?? They can’t even make their buttered noodles correctly?? It was probably one of the most disgusting things I’ve ever seen or eaten. I paid .75 cents for extra Parmesan as well, and they decided to give me small amount of cheddar cheese instead. Such a glaring and obvious mistake, it makes me wonder if I was dealing with some disgruntled employee rather than incompetence. Tonight seriously has me wondering if I’ll ever return to this location.

Service was slow but very polite and food was delicious.
