This is easily the most astonishing Mexican resturant I have had in a long time, the food is some of the most fresh I have seen and all the food taste like it was homemade and veggies seemed fresh from the garden
This is by far the best authentic little Mexican restaurant I've had in a long time. Like everyone else I saw the TikTok video the owner's son posted and I absolutely had to come down and try it. I order the Barbacoa and my husband had the Chimichanga, it did not disappoint. The waitress was very nice and atentative we got the food quick and left with our bellies full. I'm definitely coming back and determine to try everything on the menu.
Astonishing Authentic Mexican Food !!!! It would seem rather senseless if you oppose. Their tacos & salsas are what I call sensational !!! If you are looking for the best in Utah Nico’s is it !!! Not only that but your also supporting a hardworking small business !!! The most clean and cultured restaurant in Utah !!! 5 Star Worthy !!!

We we’re staying at the KOA that shares the parking lot with Nico’s and though we’d give Nico’s a try. First, the place is very clean so that was a plus. Not a lot of employees but that didn’t matter. We ordered and were served within 10 minute with hot and flavorful Mexican food. Burritos, Enchiladas rice and beans. All tasted excellent. One thing that should be noted is that Nico’s is closed on Sunday so keep that in mind.
I almost wasn't going to leave a review for this place because its one of those hidden Gems and im sure they've got all the business they want lol, but here it is. truly great mexican food! I've only had experiences with food this tasty eating at one of my childhood friends house growing up. His mother and grandma would cook the best food ever still to this day 17 years later. Nico's is that good.
Not very impressive. I asked for loaded fries and they were a disappointment to say the least
