The best Chinese food in the valley, no doubt. I say that before clarifying that it’s actually Taiwanese in the hopes of getting more people to eat here.Mom’s offers a huge variety of authentic Taiwanese dishes. They make it very easy to order takeout. The food is ready pretty quickly. Unfortunately, the prices have gone up a bit due to rising food costs. I’ve never eaten in, but the dining room looks fine. The service is pretty good. The noodles and dumplings seem to be their specialties. On my most recent visit, I tried the beef roll and the Taiwanese noodles with pork. I’d never had a beef roll before, but it tasted like a bahn mi. The noodles were excellent. It was enough food for two portions.

Skip the fried chicken( kfc is better) has no flavor, eggplant is not bad with basil, but could use more colorful ingredients, I do like the beef salad with spring onions and cilantro. Surprised Rice ? has to be ordered separately. As for tax 8.5% it should be legally 7.05%, it’s not a big deal 50cents but when adding together overall the customers it does make a difference, so they are gona check in with the accountant so we were told.

On par with the best chinese/Taiwanese food at any price. An excellent take out venue, inside is fine but it definitely fits the description of a low key dining experience. Excellent service. Some may not realize that the spice level of food is up to the patron and there is chili on the table to add if needed. Excellent flavor. We had a vegetable home made noodle stir fry, leek pie, fried spring rolls and beef noodle soup. All really hit the spot. They have great dumplings but just know that they’ll take 20 minutes.

For authentic Chinese food you will be pleasantly pleasedGreat food went to lunch with my daughter and grand daughter we were all pleasedThe dumplings were wonderful !!Can hardly wait for our next visit

BEST TAIWANESE/CHINESE IN UTAH. Super authentic taste. When you walk into the place you can smell the authenticity. You know a place is going to be good when they have Chinese TV playing in the background. I'm going to come back here and try half the menu. You might read some bad reviews that say that the food is too oily. THAT'S HOW YOU KNOW IT'S GOOD! They have a wide variety of dishes. I didn't see any American style dishes on the menu so if you're wanting some sweet orange chicken, try something better on the menu. Once you have good authentic Chinese food, you won't want American Chinese anymore.

Dirty as a traditional Chinese restaurant should be ?

This is one of the only places around that does authentic Taiwanese chicken (still not quite as good as the street vendors in Taiwan). The food is good if you stay with Taiwan or Chinese style dishes the Thai chicken dish was not very good and did not include rice (rice was extra) which is odd for an Asian restaurant. Would go here for the Taiwanese chicken as a snake and maybe other street food but would pass on the rest as they do not include rice and are mainly misses in flavor for my wife and I. Average place overall and worth trying for a snake but a pass on a meal.

I loved the beef roll. The lamb skewer had a good flavor, but it was kind over cooked and pretty tough and chewy. It's really hard to find a good green onion pancake so I was super excited to try the beef roll and it did not disappoint. It's essentially the pancake with beef rolled inside. I'll probably only go back for that or order a main dish, lol. It was kind of pricey for the amount of food I got though.

Incredible menu! Great tasting dishes ?

Having lived in Taiwan, I was impressed with the food and the service at this restaurant. Please ignore any negative reviews. They are usually from those expecting Chinese food who have no idea what they are eating. This place is great.
