I went into menchies yesterday to be met with not 1,2,3 but 5 confederate flags. I find it disturbing that management allowed symbols of slavery and human injustice to be displayed in store. As well as two flags outside of the building furthering my disappointment. Plain embarrassing. Good service and I've always loved the environment there but it truly is disrespectful and should not be advertised.
We arrived tonight at 10:10 when they closed at 11pm. No workers in sight. Could hear them in the back. We waited about 15 minutes. There were no sample cups to try out a flavor. No fresh toppings available at all. I drove 30 minutes to get there since that is the closest location and left empty handed. Pathetic. Do better.
Great place! The gentleman working the counter was super nice and really made us feel very welcome. The yogurt is the same as all men goes. 5 stars for customer service
Love Menchies yogurt and toppings! However, we have been watching it slowly decline. It’s dirty and the employee sat on her phone when tables were dirty, chairs were all over the place and we were the only ones in there. Hard to enjoy our yogurt in such filth.
The guy that was working the closing shift was amazing he was actually working. The girl that was also working with him was just sitting on her phone I also work in food so I love seeing when people are actually doing their job :)) she WAS nice to me tho :)
Amazing service by a young man working the closing shift tonight (2/25/22). He was so on top of cleaning, the floors are spotless. He was also super friendly making sure everyone had a great experience. Any managers that see this please give him raise! He was basically closing the store all of his own. Will be returning soon.
The girl at the register was delightful.The frozen yogurt was excellent and so were the toppings.You need to improve the cleanliness.I had to ask for my table to be wiped and they grabbed a rag and wiped half of the table.The base of our table was very dirty and my grandchildren were stepping on a brownie.We want to come back, but a squirt of hand sanitizer would be wonderful and or some wipes so that we can at least wipe the tables ourselves! Thank you!
The staff is always friendly and professional and the place it kept very neat topping are always full and the frozen yogurt is delicious!
Took my daughter here for her birthday and she loved it. I wasn’t planning to get some fro yo but then I tried it and had to get my own! Our favorite was the birthday cake flavor. We will definitely be back soon!!
Went there with my 8-year old daughter on her birthday. The frozen yogurt was great and I have nothing bad to say about the food there. I honestly felt like I stepped back into high school with the staff throwing a plastic ball across the dining area. A bunch of high school aged kids came in and they obviously knew the workers there; exchanging a few f bombs being used here and there. I really didn’t notice them pay for their bowls. Perks eh… wonder if surveillance is there to see who’s hooking their friends up.My daughter didn’t notice the profanity because she was too happy choosing toppings. Also many of the chairs and tables were gross with food some of which had already dried to the plastic chairs by the time we sat down. I guess I was pretty shocked by the super lax atmosphere being ran by kids who could not have cared less that there were other patrons.
