What a great bar/restaurant with nice employees, great drinks and great food! We stopped here on our way into SLC for the night and it did not disappoint. They are known for their hamburgers but I ended up getting a wrap and it was just as good! Onion rings we hot and delicious and their dipping sauce was good too. Definitely recommend stopping here if your on your way to a baseball game or in this area!!
Staff ignores you and is blatantly rude. Definitely don’t ask them any questions. They like to make threats instead of asking out of staters that don’t know utahs stupid rules, not to do something. Management talks down to anyone that leaves a bad review and treats customers like trash. The bar itself is dingy and dirty. They allow waitresses to dress inappropriately and be open with their bad attitudes. So don’t waste your time trying to seek out management. They’re people skills are just as poor. This establishment is ran by immature kids. We should’ve know better than to stop somewhere with so little customers! There’s definitely a reason for it. Not to mention the drinks are cheap for a reason. They’re awful! Don’t even waste your energy let alone money on this dump.
The burger was great, but the fries were world shattering.The real winner of the experience was Carlos. He was seemed to be bar-backing (not our server) but somehow was providing us silent, 5 star service you’d expect from the ritz. Water magically appeared to quench my thirst, as did extra fri sauce. He was exceptional. Will be coming back simply because of the incredible service he provided. What a dude
A burger is a burger is a burger, right? Wrong! This place makes a burger with love and creates with imagination. Now, I’ve only been there once, but I will be back… several times to be exact. There are more creations on the menu I need to try. The service is great, staff is friendly and the beer selection is huge. My advice, park across the street in the UTA Tracks lot. Lucky 13 only has a dozen or so available on their own lot. Maybe 13… maybe that’s where they get the name? You’re lucky if you get one of their spots?? Hahaha
When a bar is packed at 11:30am in the morning, you know they're doing something right!! First time here and Nani surprised me with a shot she created on the spot, tasted like a Pina colada in shot form, no chaser needed! (I asked her to surprise me with one) Great food, even better service, thanks Nani for making me feel welcome my first visit at Lucky13! Will definitely be coming back with friends!
Some of the best Burgers in SLC- The meat tastes great and the buns are bacon are both made in house.Vibe is low key and while they have a bar, I’d definitely classify it as more of a restaurant then a bar- at least on a weekday night. The neon signs and TVs around the place definitely give you something to look at while you’re waiting for your food.Once you order, the food is usually fairly fast and beer selection is great. Our server also gave great recommendations after we asked for advice.You have to be 21 to enter. Depending on the day of the week, there could be a 5-30 minute wait.
Lucky 13 was a place I wanted to like from what I have read and heard about the place. The service is good and atmosphere was great, but the food was just OK. I had the fire burger with the habaneros on the side and it tasted above average for a burger, but needed some sauce on it. The fry type sauce is good and worked well with the burger and onion rings (I add some ketchup to the sauce). The beer battered onion rings are very good and worth getting. Garlic fries are good with a decent garlic flavor to them. The chicken bacon wrap was just typical and had no wow to it according to my wife. A place for adults as 21 or older required to enter and an OK spot to eat if in the area.
We decided to give this place a try since it has good reviews and has won awards. So glad we went here. The atmosphere is a dive bar type environment. Staff is super friendly. Our waitress recommended the Celestial Burger, which I ordered and it was so good! The burger was cooked perfectly and very juicy. The garlic rosemary fries were also very tasty. I would definitely go back!
The peanut butter bacon cheeseburger is amazing! I got mine with no bun to save carbs. Cocktails are mixed perfectly. The staff here is so friendly and cool, and the service is great. I love this place!
