We went in for a late dinner here yesterday and I am an immigrant waiting on my visa extension so since I am waiting my driver's license won't be eligible for renewal till I get the approved status. Now my ID being my license was just expired on 26th of June it's hardly been a month n I was denied entry at this bar because it is expired . It's highly ridiculous because the lady at the entrance took one look at my skin color and she was like no we can't let you in because I your Id is expired. Usually for admission into a bar the Id is checked for age which was clearly stated with my latest photograph. I do not understand Why a license expired 10 days ago would make a difference for my entry into the bar. I mean it's next to places like whiskey street and white horse which let us in even though my license was expired so why could these guys not ? Please don't go here. Very very racist placein slc.
I liked the vibe. The drinks have sexy names and make everyone laugh. Food was good too. Loved the arugula salad.Service a bit slow.
Great ambiance, service was great, the small plates (snacks) are amazing (please try the cauliflower and the duck confit fries), and great cocktails. The Flavin cocktail was my favorite.
Good food, pleasant atmosphere. The music is good. You do need to find street parking as there is no parking lot. Additionally the bill at the end of the night only shows your total, it is not itemized. And the drink menu does not show pricing. Which can be challenging if you are splitting the bill. Fortunately we were not but I wanted to provide an honest thorough review. The staff were friendly and polite. Lastly just be aware the portions are in the small side
London Belle Defines Satisfaction.Best last minute decision I've made all year. The brothel burger is an explosion of goodness in your mouth and the wait staff (Jackie) was an amazing conversationalist and drink maker. Over all they blew my very high expectations out of the water.
4/17/22 - Thanks London Belle for hosting FlamingMan's Easter Sunday Brunch. The food was incredible. The service and wait staff were outstanding. The saxophonist was amazing. We had a great time.
New favorite brunch spot!!! Got the crab cake Benedict to share with my mom and ended up ordering another one because it was so good! And y’all, my mom is THE pickiest person when it comes to crab cakes (only likes “Maryland style” ones). Also, they had a mimosa bar with a variety of juices and fruits to choose from - fabulous! Went around noon on a Sunday and they had live music and no wait time. It was the perfect, relaxing setting. Justyce was such a phenomenal server, too - highly attentive, sweet, professional, and accommodating. Cannot wait to come back!
Now one of my favorite places to grab a drink or some great food. It also has such an amazing staff. Our server Meredith really made the whole experience, she was very nice and extremely helpful!
Last night I went out with a group of friends and went to London belle and they asked us to pay a 5 dollar cover to get in. We paid the entrance, went to the restroom and got some drinks after. While waiting in line men just kept pulling on me so I could go with them and I would pull back and tell them to leave me alone. After we got our drinks we went to dance and out of nowhere a guy pulled me really hard and told me I had to leave for no reason. I went back to my friends because it scared me, and not even 5 minutes later this man that pulled me super hard was the security and he comes back and starts fighting with me to carry me out to kick me out FOR NO REASON. I’m there trying to wrestle my way out of this guy because I didn’t like the way he was grabbing me to get me out. My friends and me kept yelling and asking why I was being kicked out and he didn’t even want to tell us or give us a reason. He threw me out like nothing and we asked the guy at the door why I was being kicked out and he couldn’t say anything either. And all this happened with only us being 15 minutes in the bar. Out of my group of friends he picked the tiniest person to kick out for no reason.
This is my new favorite brunch spot!!! Wow! Went on a Sunday around noon and had the BEST experience! Got the crab cakes Benedict to share with my mom and ended up ordering another one because it was so delicious! And y’all, my mom is literally THE pickiest person when it comes to crab cakes (she’ll only eat Maryland style ones)! The live music was a great touch and Cherry Thomas had the perfect voice and vibe for the setting. Also, Justice is a phenomenal, accommodating, and highly attentive server. Cannot wait to return!!
