BEWARE! Buffet has been discontinued!Dining room is closed. And the “museum” has all of 5 items.Also…. These guys tend to pay way more attention to the drive thru than the walk-ins.Don’t come here if you’re looking for the historical experience.
Chicken is good! But customer service, at least the cashier was mean. Bensono, according to the receipt, took our order and made fun of my girlfriend (laughing and acting like she's stupid) for asking the difference between crispy and original Chicken. She just wasn't sure what the "original" chicken was.Very unprofessional, I've been a cashier too and always respected the customer, no matter what. Never would make fun of them for asking a question when not knowing something.
Haven't had KFC in a decade.Ordered two original recipe wings and 6 hot wings. Uhhh Whose original recipe was it??The chicken was hard, and old, yuk. I gave 2 points for the customer service.
We showed up behind 2 other couples - sat there for 5 mins wondering where the counter person was, when someone showed up and said they worked the line and could not help us. Then another young man came up and told us( 3 different couples) as customers that the drive though gets orders first before he can make any other orders! There were 2 cars in the drive through! To say I am more than disappointed from the original KFC is beyond me and what I thought my 1st experience would have been. I have been in many fast food establishments, but to be told that the drive through comes first… and to not help people in your lobby- blatant disregard for customer service.
Happy to say that this location of KFC had greatly improved recently. My food was hot, correct and quick. Much, much better than a couple of years ago.
It's the first KFC franchise come on you got to go there. Be aware at this time in room dining not available
I went in to The Harmon KFC, and was rebuffed! Even though many restaurants are open for dine in, NOPE, we're NOT! I had walked in, but he wanted me to walk, through the drive through, to get food! I just walked away, FORGET IT! Lost sale, but he didn't care!
Very 1st KFC location. Come for the historic museum quality displays and stay for the tasty new vegetarian chicken
From the time I left my home to the time I got back it was almost an hour. Only the drive through is open and after I paid I was directed to a waiting place behind the building. The man brought my food out and digging through the bag said two sandwiches, two biscuits and two sides? I said yes and happily drove home to find only one sandwich. Thanks for your dishonestly. I don't get dinner. I will never go here again.
I have been eating at kfc for years. My Grandma's picture is even on the wall. Met the kernel him self. It's so sad to see how the quality of food coming out of kfc very poor! It never mattered what time of day. So sad.
