Is it company policy (Harman Management) or just your idea to only accept card or exact change?Why can you not accept cash and give change?Service was not good. The girl at the drive through acted like I was a bother when she asked for my payment.I was at the drive thru window for 10 minutes after 3 minutes in line.The system went down and they could not remember the orders for the 2 cars in line.Manager could have cared less
I went there during my lunch break and when I got there, the line was out into the street, and I debated whether I should get in line. I did anyways, and only ended up waiting for about 5 min. The lady taking orders was quiet, but she heard everything I said. The food was really good, the only complaint I have is the sauce is too runny. It was dripping a lot, but stayed together. I've seen all of the negative reviews for this place, and my experience was nothing like that, but I've only been here twice, so I'd say to at least try it
I wish I could rate the food but all I can do is rate the location I've been here several times over the last few months and each time I try to stop by they are closed for one reason or another. Only come here if you want to waste your time and then have to drive somewhere else out.
I ordered the famous bowl and when I opened it I can see straight down to the bottom. Not only that it didn't taste good normally I don't get any issues from KFC but this location I will never return to.
the last 2 times the I went to eat the chicken taste like just regular chicken, not like kfc at all. Super disappointed

Said they were closed at 6 pm due to a power outage but every light was on and they were able to take the cars order that was in from of me. This is not ok. Makes me never want to return to kfc. Used to love their chicken. But the last few times of going to kfcs around salt lake valley. Have had very poor customer service or not even open when they r supposed to be.
I've been here about 20 different times at different hours attempting to buy a chicken pot pie, and GUESS WHAT!!!??? They NEVER have any. I'm very particular with the place where I eat and KFC is off that list now. I'm very disappointed

Very lousy place!!! Long lines don't give you what you ordered!!! Quote you one thing on the phone and charge you lots more than they say. To make it right they want you to come spend another hour in line!!! I think GrubHub would be the way to get your food from here...
