If I could give zero stars I would. Went and purchased food for four people to take back to our house as the sit down portion was closed and after waiting for twenty minutes for our food we left and drove home fifteen minutes away only to find out half of our food was missing. Tried calling but no answer so I will just dispute the entire charge as I have no idea the cost of anything as the receipt was not included. I use to love KFC but this is the third KFC I have gone to in the last three months only to have something wrong with the order. Good food LOUSY customer service.
Discovered , Can’t order A&W (companion restaurant in same business) from App. Need a large visible sign posted that they only do drive-through. Check your order. And ask for napkins.We got better chicken when they replaced our order - thought the Original was Crispy, so dried out. Also try to be positive- Sensitive employees.
This location was closed for over a month, but now they have a new manager named Alex! He is fantastic! The food was hot and quick. Very polite and courteous and friendly. Alex will turn this place around. I love KFC and it was sad to see it closed for so long. But now they are back going strong.
Don’t even try to go to this location. They are never open during their normal business hours. Over the last five years, they average being open 21.35 hours per week. Comically horrible cover for a money laundering operation. No way I could’ve business afford the rent on this location by only being open that much.
Absolutely delecious. Very friendly Staff. I want to thank Osmar especially for offering to cover the 70 cents I was short on my meal! I was gonna have to sacrafice a tendy in order to have enough but thanks to his generosity I didnt have to. After he offered to pay I was able to dig around my bag and found 70 cents. If he hadnt offered to cover it I wouldnt have done that.Anyways he made my day! Thanks Osmar!The KFC I ordered from is the one on 2100s amd state in UT! Give this man a raise! (:
Sure they will host a gender reveal party at 6 pm but God forbid they actually have to keep the place open and serve their customers. It's 1:06pm and they are closed due to "technical difficulties". One lady told me they are understaffed but this restuant has never had consistant times or staffing. Good luck getting a drink, the soda fountain here must be made by the same people who do mcdonalds ice cream machine. I think they need to change their management. If you want KFC, go down town or to state street.
Every time I try to come here this store is closed. It says the drive-through is open and it never is. This is ridiculous. If you're not going to be open take down your signs.
NEVER GETS ORDER CORRECT - THE DUDE CONFIRMED IT 3 TIMES. ASKED IF THE SAUCES IN THE BAG HE YELLED AT ME AND SAID i DON;T KNOW WHY DONT YOU CHECK, LIKE WAS BOTHERING HIM. CHICKEN STRIPS ARE LIKE RUBER. GROSS PLEASE JUST CLOSE THIS STORE!!!
I’m honestly not sure how they’re even still in business when it seems to me like they’re only open two days a week for less than five hours??I’ve completely given up on this location! Sad thing is their food is great when they actually open!
Closed at 1pm on weekday. Plenty of cars at the drive through, but still I pull up and the person on the intercom tells me that they are closed. Interesting business strategy.
