I had a Door Dash order here today. It took over 5 minutes just to be acknowledged. The order took an additional 18 minutes after the employee said it would be 10 minutes. When I finally checked with the employee to see how much longer they had the order just sitting by the drive thru window & didn’t feel the need to tell me that it was ready or put it on the online pick up order shelf. There were 3 employees at the front counter chatting the entire time & 2 employees in the back actually working. There was even a manager there who had absolutely horrible customer service & didn’t address his employees to help customers or work. When I walked out to my car the drive thru line was from the pick up window out onto Redwood Rd. It’s infuriating that this store is causing a road block due solely to laziness.
So yesterday was my 4YR. OLD birthday and she wanted kfc chicken for her birthday. So I went to kfc and bought a 12 piece family meal. I got home an prepared everyone's plates but the chicken didn't look fresh. But I thought we are not going to be too picky so we still ate the chicken and now we are waking up not feeling well .?? We Loved to go to that location because it's by our house. But after this happen we will now return to that location!
Had the Country Chicken Fried Steak special. With mashed potatoes and cold slaw, and biscuit. Washed it down with a Pepsi. Came hot and tasty. Only disappointment was the spork was light weight and would not cut the chicken. Should have had a knife. But it was a Great lunch. Friendly employees to help you out. Drive through was the only thing open. But was quick.
Worse KFC ever!! Chicken was dripping in grease. Didn't give any dipping sauce. Ordered small coleslaw and didn't get it. No utensils either. What a waste of money. Will never eat at KFC again!!!!
Delivery was great but I don’t know any other way to leave negative feedback on a failure to order specifics. Reported to KFC. Nothing. Again, not a reflection on the driver.
KFC has such good chicken! Not the healthiest of restaurants, but sometimes you want chicken and mashed potatoes!

I guess they do not let you pick your sides anymore on any of their specials or combos? You get what is in the picture that's it? At least that is what I was told by lady server in window. She said she asked the manger if they can change the sides and he said no? The drive thru is the only thing open at this store. When looking inside the restaurant, the floor was so dirty and garbage just laying there. I could see flies everywhere. I ask for the ladies name at the window she was very dismissive and told me she did not have to give me her name. I ask for the name of the manager one was never given. I worked at this same exact restaurant when I was younger. Things have gone down hill a lot since I worked there. Food was still great. The service and cleanliness is horrible. The flies grossed me out a little but what can you do?
I waited over an hour in line, they need more workers. Too slow
It was close to closing time, so they were out of a lot of stuff, net they offered to light up the fryers if we wished for more chicken. That was nice of them.
