We ordered from this location as a special treat because we cant afford to eat out as much. The lady at the window did not have the best attitude and kind of talked down to us. I know it’s dinner time and near the end of the night but you could at least pretend to be a little kindness in your voice. Wait took a long time, we finally thought we got our $30 worth of food. Went home, there were no biscuits. Not to mention the only soda options they had were Pepsi and Rootbeer. Probably won’t go to this location again.
Ordered tenders box and classic sandwich. In drive thru line. Got orders in 10 mins or so. A bit of wait for not so busy place. Brought it home. it was Missing biscuit. Tenders were soggy. Sandwich was cold. And I live literally in adjacent apartments.Poor experience. Not worth the wait or money. Not coming again.
Got there five minutes before they were closed. They said that they were closed and wouldn’t answer in the drive-through.
Do not order from this restaurant especially through Uber eats or DoorDash. They accused 3 of the Uber eats drivers of stealing food, canceled the order all together numerous times and then closed their store through the app. Extremely dishonest people who do not know how to manage time or do their job. Wasted 2 hours with these people who kept lying to everyone on the phone.
Sat in line for about 20 minutes to get our two items. They were "out" (too lazy) to make one order. Got to the window for the girl to charge us, we sat and waited and waited and waited. All the while of waiting the three girl employees got into a screaming match. Unbelievable. Horrible behavior! Food wasn't good either.
Ordered the 3 piece big box meal extra crispy with just coleslaw got original with coleslaw and mashed potatoes tried calling the store but the line was busy for 30 minutes
Never go to this KFC. We preordered our food and they wouldn’t answer the phone and we had to wait in line. Makes no sense to do that when you have to wait anyways. I would recommend another location. (Wish I could give them no stars)
There’s always something going wrong with this location. The last two times I went there I couldn’t order anything because they were closed at 6 on Friday or only accepting cash. You’re losing customers.
While their hours say they're open, I'm here at 11:30 on a weekday and no one is here. Closed permanently? New hours? No signs to indicate.
While the food was good, they didn't give us napkins, utensils, or butter and honey for the biscuits. If you make sure they send you with that it's a better experience
