Staff was really kind. CHICKEN WAS SO DRY and sat under a heat lamp or something. It was literally jerky! We had already got on the road and we are not from utah. It was like the scene from Christmas Vacation when they ate the turkey. Disgusting! They knew it when they put it in my 12 pc bucket! NEVER GO THERE AGAIN... I should have read the reviews before I went!
We live 30 miles from the nearest KFC. My wife bought an eight piece bucket on 3/9/22 from the Milcreek, UT location and it was absolutely dried out. Seemed like it had been under heat lamps for days. Worst meal ever and it wasn’t cheap. So disappointing.
Got our order totally wrong and I mean totally wrong! We picked it up on our way home, got home and only one meal was correct. I have food allergies and can't eat dinner. Please train your employees better. Not going to stop by here again!
Pretty good as usual no complaints they tend to have a long line but it goes pretty fast because I don't believe that they are lobby is open yet
I like it has 2 place inside the same building you get a choice.

We recently called in a nearly $200 KFC order at this location, then picked it up in the drive thru. The large order was bagged and ready to go by the time we got there, and surprisingly with an order that size there wasn't a single thing missing or incorrect, which I thought was respectable. The food was as good as it could have been, for KFC. Overall a good experience.
poor costumer service, always ask for sauces and they never put them in the bag. one time i came through and saw they didn’t put it in my bag so i asked for some and they said “have a nice day” and closed the window. never go here
The food is KFC, so the chicken is always decent. The sides are sparse to say the least. The sides should feed four, but only enough for 3 tablespoons each. I’m sorry, but just buy the chicken make your own sides. Oh, by the way you HAVE to take the half gallon of soda, but I don’t want it. You’ll get it anyway.The drive through is almost to small and tight for a full size truck, but you can’t walk in because the doors are locked. Do yourself and order online and have them bring out your chicken, remember make your own sides.The service is adequate not great not poor, but not worth a tip.
Good customer service and food is ready fairly fast. No drama.
