Very bad attention. They gave me what I didn't order and didn't solve the issue.
The drive thru is always closed. What kind of fast food restaurant closes their drive thru? I guess they expect customers to install an app just so they can order and then wait in the parking lot. That is not going to happen. This is the worst managed fast food restaurant I have ever seen. Even before this drive thru fiasco, they were always understaffed. We will not even attempt to visit this KFC again until they open their drive thru.
I ordered ahead of time so my order would be ready at the time I needed it . I STILL had to wait in a very long line in the drive thru verses having someone run my order out to me despite seeing it thru the window on the counter getting cold! But it was handed to me when I got up to the window!
Did not have Coleslaw in sack. Chicken breast was tough and over salted. Potatoes and gravy were pretty bad. $3.29 plus tax paid with no coleslaw. ….. had a bad experience several months ago. Thought I would try again. Two strikes you are out. I will never be back there and there will be no recommendations for this location. Three times tried to call to let them realize they had not put the coleslaw in… No answer.Very disappointed.
This is the 3rd time I’ve tried to go to this location at lunch time and they always have the drive up blocked off. With the lobby closed, this basically renders the restaurant closed. If the hours have changed, they should be posted on Google.
Disappointing. Fries were stale. Most of the time they forget my fries any way. I like KFC fries, but when they were made an hour ago I really don't want to pay for them
Usually the chicken is really great . But at times they will serve you old and hard chicken to get rid of what they have , other times they just not open . I would suggest you check and make sure it’s all to your liking , you will end up with Bricken licken good and sted of finger licken good .

They seem to always be closed at peak lunch times. It’s happened on more than one occasion. I understand if they are short staffed but they are losing a lot of business by just completely closing the restaurant at random times. Pretty disappointed.
Call before you go if you can't go to another location. This store is just randomly closed during the posted hours on the drive thru. At least put a sign up if you are closed instead they are just standing around in the back with the doors to the store locked and no one coming to the window when a car pulls up. This was at 12:45. I get that you can't hire enough people to run the restaurant without increasing the pay to a point that might not be profitable but if you can't open the place maybe it's time to close a location and push your remaining employees to staff one of your other KFC locations since this family owns multiple. When you do manage to get food it is about average for a KFC.
