Hands down the best BBQ in SLC. The cutest restaurant running couple ever and legit can't beat the vibes or food.Close to Downtown but also close to both freeways! Definitely a must stop for lunch or anytime you need to feed a group dinner.
Just moved out here from South Carolina, and have spent plenty of time in Texas, so I think I have a good handle on bbq. Guy running it was grumpy, but the brisket was good. I’ll be back ?
I'm on a hunt for some true Texas Style BBQ, and Kaiser scratched my itch! Good smoke flavor, great side selection, and reasonable prices for portion size. Sauce is wonderful; definitely buy yourself a bottle.Collard Greens and Mac and Cheese were the highlights of our meal.Peach Cobbler with Ice Cream was a great way to end our stay.Bought some barbacoa to take home and eat later; if it's everything I've been looking for in the Utah area, my wallet will be in trouble.My only slight complaints were the Cornbread was slightly overcooked, and the meats were a bit on the dry side. Nothing a bit of sauce, or butter and honey, could fix.I will definitely be coming back in the future.Owners are very sweet and welcoming, and want to make sure their customers are happy and taken care of!Support your local business, and if you want that great Texas Smoked Flavor, stop by Kaiser!
Very good with friendly staff. We had a pulled pork sandwich and the Friday Prime Rib special. Both were very good.
As a Texan, this was not only great Bbq buy the atmosphere was like walking back into my childhood bbq spots back home! Authentic as it comes! Friendly staff and amazingly fast service. This place has it all. I had the chopped brisket and it was a home run!
So glad they are back open. Best BBQ and service in SLC. Small little place but kept very clean. I had the brisket- great bark on it, cooked perfect, with baked beans and mac & cheese. Their sauce is outstanding. Can't wait to go back
This is the best bbq in Utah. Definitely legit I highly recommend the rib tips and stuffed jalapeños!
I live in Park City and was in SLC on 10/23. I got dinner to go. Ribs, 2 sausage, beans and coleslaw. We weren't planning on eating "til later but it smelled so good we had it when I got home. Will definitely be getting more when I'm in town. Very nice couple running the place!
Super super nice guys working there. Iced tea is great. Hole-in-the-wall spot. Highly reccomend the chicken. Call ahead!
