Oh my DELICIOUSNESS! Just had the best Chicken Sandwich EVER! Johnny Rockets has this New Limited Time Sandwich called "MIKE'S HOT HONEY CRISPY CHICKEN SANDWICH" that's not hot at all, but It is very flavourful. I like it so much more than Pretty Birds and Johnny Rockets is located just up the street a short distance North of Pretty Birds' in City Creek Mall. Another added bonus that Johnny Rockets has over Pretty Birds, is that there is also Parking and in house dining or to go option. Of course I have an in with Manager/Cook Christopher that personally knows my tastes and expectations in the food I eat so he recommended the following: a slice of Pepper Jack Cheese, Mayo, Lettuce Tomato, Caramelize the bacon in the Hot hHoney Sauce and it was perfect. If you try this Sandwich ask for these extras and I hope you find yourself in Chicken Sandwich Heaven as I am in at this moment. Only recommendation I'd make to Johnny Rockets with Sandwich is they should offer a side of Coleslaw with it. It would of went great with the Sandwich as well as cooler and refreshing alternative to fries in this hot weather. it's also a small step up from the dinner salad they offer. Other than that still an very satisfying and delicious Sandwich.

We went Saturday around 5 after Cheesecake Factory told us there’s a 2 hour wait. We were seated at the bar after 2 members of the staff asked a customer that was eating, to move over. Completely rude.We sit there for a few minutes and the server got our drink and food order. As we wait for our food, we can’t help but to watch the employees making everything. Absolutely mortified. The nastiest dirtiest towel I’ve ever seen was sat on the cutting board next to where the burgers were being assembled.A cook used a chefs knife to open a package of impossible burgers, then the one assembling the burgers used that same knife to cut some cooked chicken for salads. ?☠️ Watched that dirty towel being used to wipe off the excess ice cream from the shake cups. ?We watched as food just sat there, waiting to be delivered to customers. I was served onion rings that sat for 15min and got an eye roll when I asked for fresh ones.I was never really a fan of the food here, but now I will definitely not be returning. The 4 of us left without even eating much because we were super grossed out by everything. Where’s the health department?!?!? Where’s the management?!?! I wouldn’t be surprised if there were roaches in the back.

Seated immediately with no indication of how long it would take to get out food. Ordered right away. Waited 30 minutes to bring drinks. When he brought the drinks, we asked the waiter how long to get the food (4 burgers was all). He said it would be right out. After waiting another 15 minutes, we cancelled our order and left. We waited a total of 45 minutes from placing our order. No communication, poor service. We weren't the only patrons who left without their food.

The food is great. The portion sizes are pretty big. If you leave hungry, it's because you didn't eat all of your food. The burgers are huge. The amount of fries they give is pretty decent. And the taste is amazing! The theme of the restaurant is CLASSIC! I loved the 50s theme! The place is hoppin'!! The staff is friendly and help energize the place. It's a great place to take a family or even a date for a burger and a milkshake.

Let’s begin with the host wearing slippers. And I mean slippers with no socks which is somehow chaotically worst. We had to wait like 15 minutes for a seat when it wasn’t even that busy. Our waiter had about three rings per hand and about as much gunk under his fingernails as there was on the floor. There were other waitresses who had their hair down, somehow unaware of how their hair could get in everything. Our waiter stood way too close, and you could smell his breath three feet away. Our waiter told us he would grab us napkins, and ten minutes later when he didn’t come back, I walked up to the counter to ask someone else for napkins. Don’t worry, our waiter was standing right there doing nothing.

1. Men's room was closed as it well should have been, it was gross.2. Waited and waited and waited to be served.3. When it finally arrived the burger was cold, but the flavor was okay.4. The bacon cheese fries were even colder.5. Asked to have fries warmed up, came back just as cold and tough.6. The server didn't check on us, or refill water glass. How would you rate this establishment?

The food was suuuuuuper good, it's like fancy in and out. The quality of the food is super good, the taste is so delicious, and everything actually tastes super fresh. Not to mention the chocolate malt we got was super great in terms of texture and taste. Highly highly recommend, even if it is a little expensive.

I forgot to review this place a while back, but this Johnny Rocket's is AMAZING. I hadn't been to one since I was a kid, and my friend had never tried them at all. When we arrived, we got the best customer service. The atmosphere was so friendly and kind. There was a power outage for thirty seconds at one point, and everyone in the room laughed and joked around. The food was SO delicious. I'm a huge fan of burgers with mushrooms, and Johnny Rocket's delivered a FANTASTIC burger. This place was so good, my friend and I couldn't stop thinking about it so we came back again in the same week.

This really seems to be the place we end up eating over and over again at City Creek. Brio doesn't have enough employees to fill the restaurant, Cheesecake factory is always a 3 hour wait, and kneaders closes at 3 because they don't have enough staff to keep open any later. THANK GOODNESS for Johnny Rockets! It's simple and delicious! Cheese fries are definitely the way to go. The workers ran their behinds off, Ara was super sweet and did such a great job. Thanks for being great!

Did not get to eat there they open @3pm. Who does that in a big mall like City Creek. We were downtown for lunch 12pm. Also would love to see a Johnny Rocky in Cottonwood Heights Utah. So many Ski resorts in the canyons I know it would do well there especially off Fort Union and 2300 E
