Great service, great food

Absolutely delicious and well worth the visit! Yummy! I got the JINYA Tonkotsu Original and every bite was heavenly. At first glance the pork slices look very small and disappointing. But they were packed with so much flavor every bite was enjoyable and the soup was so filling it was plenty to eat. Our server Matt was really nice and made the experience extra special. We also got a pork bun which is absolutely worth every penny.

Tried vegan ramen at this place and it wasn't upto the mark. The impossible meat in the vegan ramen was sweet and it has spoiled the entire taste. The broth is decent but the noodles were so thick that it dint add any taste to the ramen. Too many vegetables has spoiled the texture of it. This review is only meant for vegan/vegetarian ramen.I'm hoping that the chicken ramen and spicy tonkotsu ramen would be good, but if you are a vegetarian and looking for vegan ramen, then this is not the place to visit.Taste- 2.5/5Ambience-3.5/5

I have no idea what the chef made me since my son ordered for me but it was delicious. I make a point of stopping every time I'm in Salt Lake city

The waitress for our table was knowledgeable of the menu and made recommendations that were above par. Food and drinks tasted as good as they looked, my party was not disappointed.

This place ( Sugar House) had better taste than the one in Murray, even though they were the same chain or chefs might be having a bad day.The atmosphere was warm inviting and modern design, completely different than the one in Murray, more bright more spaces. The music was loud blasting to my ear, should have had traditional Japanese music instead American Pop music, I was here to enjoy my food, not hurry eat and go.The service was spotty, server dropped off food and never came back once to check our refill but as long the foods were good then no complaints. The Takoyaki ( deep fried octopus balls) was so delicious, crispy outside steamy hot inside topped with mayo, the thin bonito flakes melt in my mouth. The spicy tonkotsu broth was very rich, but greasy and flavorful. The smoked chashu was tender, melted in my mouth. The shrimp wonton ramen was the first try I never had, strange to have Chinese wonton in Japanese cuisine but they were good. So enjoy the Chinese wonton with Japanese twist using Japanese flavor.Overall, food was extremely excellent, flavorful broth, if you don't mind greasy stuffs on top the broth.

We had spicy chicken ramen which was the highlight of our course. And beyond gyoza and karate chicken which were fine.Ambience is good and great service

First time and it is now my favorite place for ramen! Cool atmosphere and very friendly staff. Our waiter Matt was very knowledgeable and all of his recommendations were a hit! Also very fast getting our meal. I have had several Tonkotsu ramens and this one was by far the best. Everything was incredibly flavorful, fresh and hot. Ordered a Sake recommended by the waiter and 10/10 would recommend!

they have a pretty tasty wonton ramen! ?

My first experience with a ramen bar & it did not disappoint!!! Appetizers were so good! I loved the Brussel sprouts!! Cauliflower was also really good. Service was excellent! Everything was very clean. Staff gave great recommendations! Meals were really good. Plenty to take home for leftovers. Mochi ice cream was a fun little dessert at the end. I loved the green tea one! Definitely recommend & can’t wait to go back!!
