My complaints are small. It's just that there's always at least one sandwich that isn't cut in half, and I request that in every sandwich. My last order I asked for extra mayo packets and only got 3. I also request napkins and get none of those. I always tip and I will still order from this location, I guess call to make sure I don't miss anything.
Ate there for lunch. The large was filling even sharing it with my wife. Clean and quick. A good lunch. $13 for both of us and we got chips and a large drink.
I ordered my lunch from here at 1:39. Arrived 90 minutes later. Ten minutes after my lunch break ended. The location is less than a mile from my work. 90 minutes to make a sandwich and drive it less than a mile. Freaky fast. I would truly recommend not ordering from this location if it can be avoided. Sandwich was fine.
There sandwiches are TERRIBLE! Dry bread and flavorless. I don’t understand why people come here.
I've been to other Jimmy John's and always had a great experience. At this one however the Jimmy Cubano sub was not so good. The bread was rock hard and it just didn't seem fresh at all. Very disappointing.
I just don't think it should take over an hour to get three cold sandwiches .5 miles. Everyone who I ordered with decided to just get something else because it took so long. Now I have three sandwiches and am pretty upset. I am also worried, did you guys make the sandwich at 11:30 and not drop it off until 2:00 or did my order just get ignored for a few hours and then made and delivered.Edit: over two hours now.Edit: it took three hours and they forgot ingredients.
I get being short staffed, I do. But over an hour of waiting and my sandwich wasn't even ready to go out for delivery yet? Come on...I hope my refund is at least freaky fast.
I placed an order for delivery. After waiting an hour and getting no updates I called and was told it would be another hour before it would be delivered. Seems ironic it takes 2 hours to deliver a sandwich. Not so freaky fast
