Small issue while ordering. Gentleman at window was very professional and fixed the issue. The staff here is kind and the service is quick. The drive through is a very nice addition as well. I work with a former employee of this location and it seems like they have made a considerable effort to increase the quality of food and service over the past year or so.
From the time they made the sandwich, process time, delivery to my office, the order has been accurate and correctly made and put together, sandwiches, cookie. The delivery bag is always neatly folded, well presented; not wrinkled or handled in a messy manner. The sandwiches always have a sticky adhesive tamper evidence label on it to ensure it is sealed from the shop to my office. Napkins placed in the bag with items. I would recommend the downtown location, having order many times online, deliver to my office, they have not disappoint; 35 - 45 minute time is reasonable having to travel, park, run into front desk. The sandwich could have a bit more deli meat, tomato slices, nevertheless, delicious well presented sandwiches all in all, chocolate chip cookie always fresh, soft, delicious. They put just the right and perfect amount of mayonnaise and I don't even usually even want this on my sandwich but it's perfect. They do not drown mustard or mayonnaise on sandwiches, they have it under control, perfect and just the right touch of mayonnaise. I skipped the mustard.
This place is literally killing it in such a good way I can’t even tell you how amazing they’re if I could give a 10 star review they’d get it. Fast, and I say with confidence faster then any food place in the direct area. They don’t mess around the employees are super cool, hard working and really have the golden customer service down. I’m a rewards member and who thought a sub shop could make me feel like royalty just for being a member. This place right here is the prime example of how all restaurants should be treating consumers!
Every time I visit all of the employees are super nice, fast and friendly. The sandwiches are always top tier refreshing and filling. Best sandwich shop ever in my opinion.
Pickles were super dry and old. They made the sandwiches like we are in a famine.. Such sprinkled lettuce that I could hardly tell it was even ordered. I've never had this problem with other Jimmy John's tho; so while I still would recommend the restaurant I would not this location.
This place is the vibe? quick service and probably the most happy employees I’ve ever seen at a restaurant. These guys are also working really hard to stop the famous parking lot booter in the parking lot directly behind them and it’s admirable go Jimmy Johns! It’s no joke DONT park in the lot behind this location.
This Jimmy John's is the best! They have the best and nicest employees! Food is great and fast. BEWARE to not park in the back parking lot or your car with get a boot put on it by the crooked company that owns the strip mall. Jimmy John's tries to have an employee out back to watch for this. Thank you Jimmy John's!
We are so grateful here at Odyssey House for this Jimmy Johns!!! We reached out to this location for help due to covid-19 adding strain to our every day resources. The manager there really went above and beyond to help out our non-profit organization! We just wanted to say thank you again and give a strong shout out for not only their great food but also their strong support in our local community!!!
Wish I would’ve read these reviews before I went. We parked in the parking lot behind because the Jimmy johns drive through was so long we couldn’t park in their parking lot. I thought the signs were referring to parking directly behind Jimmy johns. Anyways, Walked in and they warned us (but in a very rude way) we would get booted. We ran back to our car and as I buckled my baby into his seat he came and booted me and harassed me. Won’t be going to this location again.
The manager was amazing! While we were there he was training and talking to the staff in a very upbeat way. He was cheerful and complimenting them. Everyone was in a good mood. They looked like they were having fun, which is what you want to see.
