I have ordered from this jimmy johns for years. I keep trying to give them extraChances b/c of what’s happening in the world today. Although I understand having to wait longer than normal (sometimes an hour to an hour and a half even if I schedule the order way in advance it will come an hour + after my order time) what I don’t understand is that my order has been wrong the last three times. Once they sent me the sandwich without any meat. And nice the bread so stale it was rock hard. I don’t mind a crazy long wait if the quality is still good.
1.5 hours for a sandwich without any communication. If i would have not called they would have said nothing. The time is one thing but not having systems and data correct as it shows 21 minutes online for delivery is what is tough. Most understand if they would let the customers know.
Good service but slower than other Jimmy Johns.
Love coming to this location. Polet had been making me and my family feel extra welcome every time that we come in.

Our office consistently orders from this location and our orders are spot on every single time. We LOVE our favorite delivery driver Michael and he never fails to brighten our day. 100000/10. <3
Quality of food is consistently good. Only issue is it's also consistently 30+ minutes for an online pickup order (today we're about to hit an hour) but you never receive any kind of estimate (not the store's fault). My experience has been 5-10 minutes at every other location I've gone to. Just not living up to the freaky fast motto here.Update: after hitting the hour mark of waiting, I went and got food from Dask's next door. It took less than five minutes to get my food. It's now been one and a half hours since placing my order and still no update that it's ready. Guess that sandwich will go to waste if they ever actually make it.Update: I guess they decided to make it.
Liz was absolutely amazing and everyone was so welcoming and kind. They all gave me great ideas of what was good when I wasn't sure what to get! So thankful!
