I'm really disappointed ? I understand that we are all over worked and under staffed, but this is unacceptable for a food place. It's dirty the girls hair is very where the guy making the sandwich obviously doesn't understand what light means or maybe he did it on purpose idk. I watched a girl put a tub of lettuce under her arm her shirt was all over the lettuce. I'm sorry but I can't go here again. Jersey Mike's is usually a great sub shop. Guess not today.
I have a great experience every time I come in. The people are nice. Food is good. Prices are just a bit higher than I'd prefer but I feel like it's worth it for the fresher taste.
This place is terrible. Over 20 mins and my order still hasn’t been started for Doordash. The short staff excuse, they have 4 workers here and one guy just standing around. Do my order or don’t allow doordash orders. Wasting our time. And if you are short staffed then turn off doordash since you guys are incompetent. And raise the base pay so you can get more people.
I love jersey Mike’s Philly sub. They are definitely one of the best the side of the Mississippi unfortunately they don’t have very many locations yet and so I only get to enjoy it about once a month. Most of the time it’s at the foothill location. Durin the pandemic they had a lot of problems with getting orders out and I was understanding of it, they were nursery better than a lot of the places. How ever the last three times I’ve gone to the foothills location I always seem to have a problem with my order. Last time they give my order is somebody else washed out the door.Today I went in an order and I have been there now about 10 minutes I noticed that all the people who came in after me have gotten their sandwiches and left. I noticed looking at the grill but there is no Philly steak sandwich in preparation. I talk with a woman she says oh he’s starting on it now I’m like but I’ve already been here for 10 minutes while he was backed up… So I’m watching this guy and he’s got three orders start and what is the first things he starts doing? getting wrapping paper and bread out. He haven’t even started putting the stuff on the grill that has to cook and he’s wasting time getting stuff out that he should be doing while waiting for the meat to cook.I don’t know what the problem with the foothill location is. I have eaten at other Jersey Mike’s and have no problems but foothill seems to always have delays or errors or whatever when it comes to getting the food to the customer. Are you paying attention management/owner?
Stopped in yesterday for what I thought would be a fairly inexpensive good meal for 4. Ended up paying $71.45 for 3 lg and 1 reg sand. Never again!
I haven't been to Jersey Mike's much and I just don't know why. I got the Italian and added the spicy sauce stuff, and got it Mike's way with rosemary parm bread.This tasted so fresh and delicious that I just don't know how subway can compete. I will be back for sure!
Completely filled by an act of genuine kindness.The woman making our sandwiches was cheerful and engaged us in warm conversation while preparing our food. My wife happened to mention that we were enjoying a rare moment alone while our kids were with friends and while the children in our foster care were visiting their parents. This sweet woman lit up. She came over and whispered something to another woman who rang up our order. Even though we used a coupon, these kind people gave us a special deal on top of it, all without saying a word to us.I'm so glad that I asked for a copy of the receipt; otherwise, I wouldn't have known. When I went back to thank this thoughtful lady, she explained that she wanted us to have an extra nice day because she was grateful for our service to kids. It melted my heart.The whole thing was done without any expectation of acknowledgment -- just pure generosity. And she did it with such obvious joy. It brightened my whole day.Besides that, our sandwiches were delicious. My Big Kahuna Cheese Steak was deeply flavorful: perfectly seasoned; flawlessly grilled onions and peppers; tender, juicy beef; and lots of gooey cheese. My wife's Original Italian had tons of just-sliced, intensely tasty meats; crisp lettuce; and exactly right seasonings. The bread was fresh and chewy with a crisp crust.These were already my favorite sandwiches. Today made my love for this shop all the more sure.
Good Philly Cheese Steak, could have more onions and peppers though. Can it be ordered with more onions an peppers, like double ?
The Buffalo Chicken cheesesteak was disgusting. Made with dark meat. Bleh.
I ordered from DoorDash and the driver let me know that they ignored my order for over twenty minutes while more than ten people walked right in and were served immediately. I understand that they were probably short staffed. But why should someone who walks in get preference when I ordered first? Wasted my time and the DoorDash drivers time. If there is a next time I guess I’ll just go in because I can cut the line that way.
