The food was amazing, the ambiance on the patio was the perfect combination of cozy and romantic.
We were the first to sit down as they open at 11 am for brunch. They did not have any alternative milks for coffee, which would have been fine except they also did not have any jams/ jellies for toast so they were out of a lot of things. The food was very salty - almost unpalatable. The ambiance was great, very cute space and the waitress was friendly.
Food and service were great. Drinks were inventive and delicious. Would dine again.
We had a great time, the food was excellent with plenty of Vegan/Vegetarian options on the menu. We'll definitely be going back.

This was our first visit to Ivy & Varley, although we were familiar with the location-- it's in the building where Caffe Molise was before moving to what used to be The Bay. We went for an early lunch and happy to eat in the wonderful outdoor patio shaded area. The misting was on, so it was very pleasant. Our server, Ophelia, was friendly. I was not happy that the online menu was not the same one that was scanned there. I chose the restaurant based off of a pear salad, however, it was not offered; instead, they had a strawberry salad. I ordered the truffle burger with fries, and my daughter ordered the salad. We also had a Brussels sprouts appetizer, which was tasty. My daughter inquired about the berries in the salad and was told it would be a combo of different kinds of berries. In reality, it had two--strawberries and blackberries (her least favorite). It also said "mixed field greens" and it was ONLY arugula, which she only likes if mixed with other greens (like spinach, baby lettuces, frisee, radicchio, etc.)There was almost no dressing or manchego cheese on it. She did request more cheese, which they provided. But, after a couple bites, she wasn't impressed. Despite several table visits by staff, there was no acknowledgement of the uneaten food or offer to replace her meal, even though anyone could tell it was barely touched. My experience was the opposite: the burger was cooked as ordered and very good; but, the fries were the star of the dish. Had I dined by myself, I would give it a better score, but, because of the poor experience my daughter had, it is a bit lower. I would recommend this restaurant, but, with caution.

The food was amazing I feel like the service was a little slow I would have ordered another drink had my server checked on me again but other than that he was super great and gave good recommendations just think he might have had too many tables to tend to
