Wow!!! Salt Lake City and Sushi are not what I put together. But Itto is the bomb! The fish was great and fresh! I’ve been to a number of locales, and Itto is quite good!Service is good as well. Very attentive.So if you’re downtown and don’t want steak or pizza, Itto is the place!
Had a dinner there. Liked the restaurant a lot. We were greated at the entrance then seated. The food came relatively fast and most importantly was very delicious. Will visit them again.

Went here for happy hour (Wednesdays 5-9) and the food was great. For happy hour most rolls are around $3-5 off which makes for a great affordable dinner date. The sushi itself is phenomenal and you could tell each roll was well thought out. I particularly enjoyed the Crunchy Spicy California!If the menu says a roll is spicy, beware- they aren’t lying! Service wasn’t the best but I think we just went on a busy night.The restaurant was clean and orderly and I particularly liked how the menu laid out their process of making sushi. I came here after a few recommendations from the internet and friends and will be sure to recommend it to my friends as well! I also included every page of the menu as well as the happy hour prices.
Solid sushi for the price. Service was strong, food came out very quick for sushi. They have a lot of options for any size party. We didn’t have to wait for a table on a early Friday evening which was very nice. I would definitely recommend the pepper jack for the appetizer. I ended up ordering another it was so good.

Great place for some amazing sushi. The fish is fresh and flavorful along with the udon and other dishes taste amazing. The rolls are killer and definitely worth the wait

Fresh fish on the rolls, customization available on any roll, happy hours on Tues/Wed are such a good value and the service I’ve is always fast, attentive and friendly!Started going to the Midvale location, but love going downtown since they opened. Do yourself a favor and get a Lion King roll
