terrible service. had an online order and went to the store at estimated pick up time. Walked in and waited more than 10 minutes to be acknowledged at the door ( at 11 pm at night) Once we received staff attention they came over, we explained we had a pick up order. They went on to say we were late and they had somehow lost our order. After that conversation they did not speak to us again as we waited another 15 minutes to get a new order made. the staff did not care that we were now waiting over 30 minutes passed our pick up time, and they said we could call in a complaint but nothing could be done for us in store. When we finally got back to our car and called to let them know of our bad experience, the person on the phone seemed to lack interest in our issues and said that there was nothing that could be done since we had officially left IHOP's store. Once we got home we confirmed new order was missing pieces of order and condiments that we had bought as "extra" as well. Once home we are and my husband got super sick from the egg omelet he had, and everything we had bought was cold and rushed. just bad customer service. i understand losing an order, but be nice about it. i wasn't angry just taken back by the lack of concern on the staff's part. we wont be going back to this IHOP location.

My lovely waitress so kind and helpful 11pm at night. Best pancakes in country at IHOP all the time!

No employee would acknowledge us. I ordered a takeout order and waited for 15 mins to finally speak to someone. Food was cold because it was sitting in the back. I felt bad for the lady next to me and her children because they were waiting longer than me and her daughter was asking if they could leave. Restaurant wasn’t even busy, the whole front area was empty. Food was cold and not good, definitely not worth the money. Would not recommend this place and I won’t be back.

Great comfort food and hard working service people. Always be kind to servers since they have a tough job right now. Tip double if the service is worth it to you. I do. I recomend this place, and who doesn't like pancakes? French toast? Waffles?

We went for breakfast, it was fine. For a stack of their specialty pancakes, it was almost $9.00. It looked like they were just thrown together, and some kind of blue very sweet, almost like candy syrup was poured on top. It was supposed to come with marshmallows as well, but my wife was having none of that. I used to think that IHOP was a good deal, price wise, but this was no where near that.

Waiter Stephen needs to be fired immediately. Because of this waiter our experience was terrible. He was extremely unprofessional. Did not greet us, did not say thank you once and was pretty much all over the place. His section of tables was clearly unhappy (there were 3 other tables he was serving). First major complaint was how he slammed every little thing brought to the table. When he went to put our coffee down on the table it was a mess. I requested tea and was given hot water with no tea bag. The entire visit we had to repeatedly call the waiter before he came to see what our issue was. After ordering he snatched our menus, my moms menu was under her coffee and he just grabbed for it spilling her coffee and did not apologize. The food was served quickly and tasted good but was cold, as if already made and just sitting back there. We did not get anything for our food, no condiments or silverware. Do not order crepes here! Once again complaining about the waiter because he was cleaning his nose on his shirt, sneezing, hiccuping and burping all over the place and playing on his phone all other times. We Felt disgusted to eat the food he had brought. I truly feel our experience could have been great with a different waiter.

The place was not even busy and we waited 15 minutes before we were seated. Plenty of employees saw us waiting but didn't bother to welcome us or even acknowledge our existence. The coffee was cold; they didn't have any creamer, not once was our coffee refilled, it took another 25 minutes for our food to be brought out to us. In the meantime the employees in the back are laughing, joking around and talking loud enough for us to hear all their conversations...that's how slow it was here. And no, they were NOT short staffed. Then, when the food was brought out it was cold, they give you the syrup on little serving cups that don't have enough syrup for ONE pancake let alone two. There was only two of us yet our food was brought out 10 minutes apart..my friend was done with his food before I even got mine. Oh, and when I FINALLY got my order they put cheese on it even though I asked for no cheese. Will not be visiting this location again for sure. I would give it a negative star or two if I could.

We love breakfast any time of day and IHOP is one of our goto place. We came early evening to get some breakfast fix for dinner. It was a weekday and only couple tables occupied. I can see there were only two servers and probably one of them is doing the cooking as well since our food took a bit longer than usual. We were starving but the server was very pleasant and keeps refilling our drinks while we patiently wait for our dish to be served so it was ok. I think one of the servers is also on-training and shadowing the other server. Our food came out very warm, clean presentation and tasted consistently good as we expected. The wait is well worth it and I think this will be the norm for a while since most restaurants are under staffed nowadays. There you go, we just need to be more understanding and patient. Good food will balance it out I guess ?

We came in extremely late on a weekend night. The wait was long (45min) but we filled it with chatter. The servers we had were awesome and easily dealt with our chaotic and loud behavior and humor. And even match it on occasion. The food was good, though one person from our group didn't get his ordered pancakes until we were leaving.
